How did you find out, though, if you don't play there anymore?
I believe everyone's case is different, you know.
Good on you, of course, that you choose casinos with faster withdrawals; don't get me wrong.
Seeing other players' comments
🤷♂️
Apparently nothing has changed
It's incredible that in 2025 there are still casinos that need 14 days to make a withdrawal
When modern casinos take a few minutes
Hello! I'm not Romi, but I wanted to say hi to you 🙂
Are you familiar with the old saying? Collect the money as soon as possible and pay as late as possible.... I'm just saying.
The idea is to point out the difference between, let's say, financial balance and actually possessing the money.
Simply put, when you collect money from your customers as quickly as possible and, on the other hand, pay out all the "expenses" as slowly as possible, as a result, you are actively holding the money at your disposal. 🙂
That was essentially an ironic joke, I meant.
I'd rather pay as soon as possible and keep what's really mine
Otherwise I'll spend money that isn't mine
Then how do I pay who I have to pay if I've used the money 😉
That's a dangerous game
But there are strategies for using money to your advantage
But the risk is high
So it's best to pay what you have to pay and avoid getting into debt
And avoid making clients angry while waiting for their earnings
😉
I received an email from snatch support saying their new site is snatchcasino1.org. It let me login with the same info but when I checked the new site it was completely different. No more interac payment option, no more daily bonus map. The weirdest thing is that the owner has changed from Altacore N.V. to Goodwin N.V, and when I asked support about this they wouldn't acknowledge that it had changed.
Hello,
This is definitely worth a check.
Let me forward this information to my colleagues, because I do not intend to guess straight away.
I'll get back once I have any updates.
What's going on with Snatch Casino. I tried all the links and it either says it's under maintenance (for the past week) or it comes up as the Go Daddy website selling the domain. I still have a balance with them but can't play. Any one else having problems with this casino.
Another Casino Group 'Goodwin N.V.' bought them.
They try to scam me, I made yesterday an deposit cause they made advertising with a new welcome 400% bonus in E-Mail.
I deposit with Mifinity, normal they money is directly on every account but now I wait one day and the money is not in my account, the support just write the standard shit like 'We will forward this to the payment department'.
Someone with the same problem?
I want to have my money..
Hello,
I imagine it sounds stupid and the situation is not pleasant, but from my own experiences, this is the usual course of action. I mean, the support chat will always start with forwarding this matter to the payment department. What matters is the efficiency in resolving the situation, and I hope it won't take long.
That must be a horrible experience for you and since I have not been part of the chats, I guess it won't be fair to judge.
Did you ask Mifinity whether the transaction was ok? I recall this e-wallet has been cause of many delays in the past, so perhaps just to be sure, it won't hurt to ask.
You don't have to, of course.
Yes I asked and control, it was all normal. I played a lot of hundred times with Mifinity, the problem is the casino where is try to scam me and make nothing, not answer and not money on my account.
I know the Goodwin E.V. has a lot of problems with deposit/withdraw scam and they are banned from 2-3 countries cause this..
I see. Thank you for the update. So now it truly looks like the casino is quite off when it comes to decent explanations... As you can see, Kristina is trying to collect the same details in the complaint thread; let her know too, please. Once the complaint progresses further, my colleagues will surely try to resolve the deposit problem; however, I think they would need the casino to step into the discussion. I am hoping it will work!
