So, they asked for more documents (skrill account and new pictures of my card) front and back visible, i sent them asap.


When i ask in chat all they say is ''its not my department but ill lt them know) its the same reply everytime.


They dont reply to email and now it has been 5 days since i requested the payout through skrill. Wont advice anyone to play here

Same problem for me it seems. I'm verified - requested a withdrawal and it's been pending since 10 December - Chat can't tell me why or how long I need to wait. It's significant money so I can't let it go. Having been scammed before I am very careful and only play casino's recommended by sites like this. It seems some people do get paid out so I will hope for the best.
