Hey, when did you submit the withdrawal and start the account verification ? Have you sent any verification documents to the casino yet ? I deposited and had an active bonus. Won the first bet which changed all funds to "sport bonus". I had to place enough bets in order to clear the bonus which is normal. At the end, when I was at 98% of the bonus and had several bets running, I received notifications about the bonus being completed and my running bets canceled. Here is the problem - the money from the canceled bets was not returned to my balance, they simply took it.

Have you contacted the support team regarding this? Why would they take the money?🤔
