This casino is openly a scam, months ago they ran away with everyone's money, as sad as it sounds don't expect anything from them, every single user got scammed as you can see in old posts from this thread and all the unsolved complaints they got here
Thank you, I completely agree with you, what do we do if the next casino does the same? I'm not sure if online casinos are the right fit in general. We know that we can get ripped off and still pay in, is what we're doing right? If good friends asked us for money, maybe not all or half of us would make excuses not to give out money, but we consciously throw the money out, that's my opinion. This is also the addiction that we carry with us and we don't know how to spend our free time.

I couldn't word it any better!! This is how it is, making a deposit to any casino is burning money, and making a deposit to this kind of scam casino makes it even more ridiculous. Personally I try to stay within a budget to gamble, it's money that has no impact at all in my life, but still if a casino steals it I will be pissed off. Also, yes, most casinos don't deserve a chance but there are some extremely few exceptions that are legit casinos, sadly crappy scam casinos like Scatterhall are the ones making the most noise and thus causing the whole industry image to plummet, as if the industry wasn't shady enough
They don't pay out, check the unsolved complaints, everyone got their money stolen

Please be careful. I've seen a few messages like this one on our forum in past and it always turned out to be scams. They tried to get access into your bank/wallet/crypto wallet account.

When it comes to possible issues with other casinos in the future, I'd probably focus on playing in casinos licensed by a trustworthy authority that will possibly help you. Considering you're probably from Germany, the casinos licensed in Germany should be super safe.
On the other hand, I'm aware some of the rules the casinos need to obey in order to get the German license are ridiculous.

For me, it's definitely not trustworthy and I'm not going to allow the posts here before he explains who he is and how would he do it. Whenever there's some mystery behind it and the people refuse to explain it publicly, it's 100% scam.
