Unfortunately, I can't give an answer to my complaint against scatterhall, it doesn't work at the moment, but I should let you know today whether the money has arrived because the complaint is then set to unresolved and that leads back to the rating for the casino!

So even today I have not received any money!

If you wanted to cash out they would have done it months ago.

Stop wasting your time.

I can't imagine with the best will in the world that they're still paying.

Nobody has payment problems that last 4 months!

It’s not 4 months for most of us though. Many players got payments up until the end of February.

Yes, a good month for me now, too, but there is no longer any hope! But then no one should deposit there anymore because that's fraud and incredibly disgusting 🤢!

@Radka how long does it take for the score to be adjusted by closed unresolved complaints?

They also act as if the 20,000 active players had submitted the payment requests. Even if there are problems, you can easily work them out in a week.

The support hasn't received a new script yet, the same answer as 2 weeks ago...

just say that you don't want to pay out, so that people can calm down - by the way, I also get money from you, but as we know, you're not interested in that anyway 😉

im still waiting for my 450 euro, i was promised cashout today, they saying they still have problems.

I wish it would wake up the casino, but sadly, I fear it's just the last step for the moment.

If the casino intends to pay its due, the crypto payments should solve the problem much sooner, don't you think? That's my opinion, of course.

But seeing the screenshots providing NodaPays response, was a cold shower!

The rating is usually updated overnight, but in this particular case, it might get drastically lowered manually to speed it up.

We're waiting for the final call, shouldn't take too long.

I really have a lot of contact with people in terms of casinos and streamers and know from experience that many have been waiting for over 3 months.

The fact is, it's a shithole.

In no way should this wretched casino be talked into good terms.

All of this has absolutely nothing to do with payment problems.

They're bad criminals.

It is also a fact that these people were or still are the operators of Wild Pharaoh, which cheated thousands of players out of millions.

Don't you think they would achieve a lot more if you were honest with your players?

You have such a good concept and could become one of the best casinos and then you do such naughty actions that make you more and more disgusting day by day.

So many players have had bad experiences in general & often play with fear on their backs.

And instead of becoming the number 1 casino where EVERYONE plays in the future, you prefer to cheat and lie to honest and sometimes hard-working people to the best of their ability.

How come?

You would make a lot more money if you didn't treat your customers like dirt.

I just don't understand how anyone can be so greedy.

Yes, that piece of paper gives you a nice life, but at the end of the day, a is just a piece of paper made from 🌳 and turned into money.

You can fool people, but karma will definitely hit you whether you believe it or not.

I bet the owners would be as small as ants if they were standing in person in front of all these people, but of course it's easy behind the computers somewhere at the end of the world.

Be honest and at least pay off the players who have been waiting for months and who you have already stolen more than enough from.

There are thousands of other ways you could pay out customers IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO.

As I said, I'm curious if this actually happens. A number of old casinos with extremely bad ratings are still running around with an 8.2 rating.....
