My question is about the casino but not about withdrawals, feel free to delete if not desired.

Can anyone tell me why I can't open the PlayNGo slots? I've already tried it with all known browsers, the support can't help me either, they say it's passed on to the technical department. It is possible that the provider for Germany is blocked via this casino, but the support would have told me that if it were the case.
