I am having serious problems with SapphireBet's KYC process. They are asking for something that no other site asks for. They asked for a selfie showing the document and the screen of the device where their email was sent. It's difficult to do this in maximum quality with a notebook. I'm almost giving up and assuming I lost my deposit. They make the process very difficult.

Hi Jaro, nice to hear from you. Well, to this day I still haven't received a response. Every time I contact them, they just tell me that the department responsible for the case is reviewing it. There's no progress.
You should definitely send them the confirmation from your bank that the money has really left the account.

Yes, I sent them all the information they requested when generating the report: proof of payment, personal details (email, phone number, full name, bank name) related to the issuing bank account. Even so, the "specialists in the field" are still reviewing my case, and I'm still waiting for a response.
I actually meant to send them a document from the bank where they confirm that the payment has left your bank account, you know.
