I have a withdrawal of 15,000, but it's stuck in limbo. I requested the withdrawal, it went to "Under Analysis," then after a while it was approved, few minutes later, the status changed to a dash (-). Several hours have already passed and the money still hasn't arrived in my account. I've requested all kinds of help, but only the chat responded, and as expected, they just asked for more time. The type of withdrawal I usually make is instant — it has never taken more than 10 minutes.
Okay, and can I ask whether the fact that it says "dash" means that the casino has already processed your money? You said the withdrawal has already been processed, so the funds have left your player account, correct?
If that’s the case, then you’ll probably just have to wait. If you run into any problems or end up waiting for too long, definitely let us know. We give casinos 14 days to resolve this kind of process, so I’d be patient for a little while longer for now.
Okay, thanks. So it looks like the money is probably on its way to you. I’d wait and be patient, especially since you mentioned that you’ve received your money from them before, sometimes within just a few minutes.
I don’t think there’s any reason to get unnecessarily nervous yet, even if this withdrawal is taking longer than you’re used to. If it arrives within a few days, I’d still consider that completely normal and quite common with casinos. As long as you don’t have to wait several weeks, I think you can still be relatively reassured, because with many casinos, withdrawals can take that long.
For now, I wouldn’t focus too much on the fact that you have a withdrawal there. Go get some fresh air, take your mind off it, and check from time to time whether the money has arrived. I don’t think you have much to worry about, and I believe it should reach you soon.
If it doesn’t, feel free to come back and we’ll be here to try to help.
I requested a withdrawal of R$15,000 (about USD 3,000) yesterday at 11:50 a.m. local time, and so far nothing has changed. I contacted them via chat and they asked me to wait 48 hours. I asked if there was anything wrong with my account and they said no, i also asked if any document was missing and they said no as well. This is strange because in Brazil we use PIX, which is an instant payment system. After this problem, I made several deposits and withdrawals without any issues. The withdrawals were approximately R$2,000, R$2,800, R$6,000, R$2,000, and R$7,000 today. I’m already approaching the 24-hour mark and still nothing. I sent two emails to support (one in Portuguese and one in English) and received no reply. I also sent messages in Portuguese and English on Facebook and got no response. I requested a call from support, and an agent with a very difficult to understand accent also told me I should wait 48 hours. I find all of this very frustrating, first of all, the problem happened precisely with my largest withdrawal, and the issue is always with withdrawals, never with deposits.
Based on what you’re describing, I can understand why the casino hasn’t replied to you. If you’re contacting them through every possible channel and they don’t have any new updates because the process is likely going to take some time and won’t be resolved within a few hours like before, then there’s simply nothing new for them to tell you.
As I mentioned, the important thing now is to be patient. You don’t need to contact them every few hours, send repeated emails, or keep updating them constantly, because they probably won’t have anything new to share.
Sometimes, doing this can even lead to the live chat being restricted, meaning you won’t be able to contact them there anymore and will only have email as an option.
So try to stay patient, even though I understand it can be difficult. At the moment, that’s probably the best approach. As I mentioned before, if the situation doesn’t get resolved, our team is still here and will try to help you with your case.
After the 48 hours given by the SapphireBet had passed, the withdrawal was canceled and the amount returned to my betting account, i then withdrew the 15,000 again in 4 separate withdrawals of different amounts to avoid any problems, all of them were deposited via PIX, which is a Brazilian instant payment system, i have already received all my winnings, i was worried, but in the end everything worked out. Thank you for the attention from Jaroslav.🙂
There you go, and I think it was actually quite quick in the end. Sometimes it’s not even worth relying too heavily on the timeframes casinos give, because various things can come up during the withdrawal process that may slow things down.
I’m glad you received your money, and I hope you enjoy it. If the only issue was that you had to split the withdrawal into multiple transactions and then received the money relatively quickly, I’d say that’s probably not the worst thing that could have happened.
Have a great weekend!🙂
Unfortunately, I have over 14,000 held up due to a "lack of documents." I’ve already sent all the requested documents to security@sapphirebet.com several times. At first, they had issues with my identification documents, and now they won’t release my withdrawal because they’re not satisfied with my bank statements, which I sent in full with all the necessary information.
I don’t recommend them—they’ll end up ripping you off, just like they’re doing to me.
I can understand why this is frustrating, especially with such a significant amount being held while you have already submitted the requested documents several times.
The key question now is whether SapphireBet has told you exactly what is wrong with the bank statements you provided. Simply saying that the documents are not satisfactory isn't very helpful if they don't explain what information is missing or what needs to be corrected.
Since your complaint with us is already open, please make sure the Complaints Team knows about this latest development as well. If you have any emails where the casino rejected the bank statements or requested them again, add those to the existing complaint.
At this stage, I would avoid repeatedly sending the same documents unless the casino clearly explains what needs to be different. Hopefully, the complaint process can help clarify what is actually preventing your verification and withdrawal from being completed.
Sapphirebet Mexico are thieves. They couldn't pay my winnings; they canceled them. I tried for four days, with over 200,000 pesos, but I only managed to withdraw 60,000 pesos. They said they had no funds and refused to pay more than 50 times. I tried to withdraw my winnings in two days, and all attempts were rejected. Don't go near this provider; I ended up losing and being scammed.
What happened with the withdrawals would frustrate most players, especially if you only managed to receive part of the balance while the rest of the requests kept getting rejected.
Just to clarify one thing about Casino Guru as well, a casino being listed on our site doesn't mean we personally recommend it or guarantee that every player will have a smooth experience there.
Since your complaint is already open, I’d keep all the latest details there, especially the rejected withdrawals, how much you actually received, and anything the casino told you about why the rest wasn’t paid.
I wouldn’t call the casino a scam based on the forum posts alone, but your experience is clearly something that deserves a proper look in the complaint.
I'm having problems with this casino; it won't let me withdraw S/500. I've made withdrawals before without any issues, but now they're saying it has to be with the same account number I used for the deposit, even though I'm using the same account. They don't seem to understand that they require the CCI number, and in Peru, bank accounts often have two different numbers for the same account: a short one for transfers and payments between accounts at the same bank, and a 20-digit one for transfers and payments between different banks. Ultimately, it's the same account. I've explained this to them, and they were rude, closing the chat and offering no solution. 😠 Please help!
