It took me forever - about a month in total.
At some point (because I saw no other option) I filed a complaint here and threatened to take legal action.
One day later the money was there.
I have now deleted my account - I wish you much success 🙏

Ich habe irgendwann (weil ich keine andere Möglichkeit mehr gesehen habe) hier Beschwerde eingereicht und gedroht rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten.
schwupps einen Tag später war das Geld da.

As far as withdrawals go, it's clear to me that most casinos don't process them on weekends. And the live chat agent doesn't have the authority to speed things up or anything like that. There is a finance department to deal with withdrawals, so on the other hand, I understand that they don't have much to tell you.
