Hello.

Nice to meet you.

In March, I was denied a withdrawal from Rollbit, and my sports betting and casino accounts were blocked. I can't deposit or withdraw money either.

Support isn't responding.

I considered writing a complaint to Casino Group, but I didn't because I thought it would be pointless since they have a no-reaction policy for recent complaints.

I desperately need help recovering my balance.

The amount is $2000.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear about your situation. If the casino isn't responding, it probably won't respond to your complaint either. Still, I’d probably file it anyway, because if I don’t address the problem, their safety rating will drop even lower.

However, it’s important to note whether your winnings come solely from sports betting or also from the casino, so that you can actually open the complaint and for it to be relevant.

Nah I mean for the other people that had issues with the 40k and 10k

My funds come from both casinos and sports betting.

However, both casinos and sports betting are currently blocked, and I can't even view the markets.

I was thinking of filing a complaint now to lower the casino's rating.

Also, there are two other things that concern me.

First, what is the difference between people whose accounts are frozen (they can't even log in) and those who can log in but can't operate their accounts?

The second point concerns this complaint.

There's an example where a withdrawal was suddenly approved two months later.

This is an extremely rare case among the many complaints we receive.

What did this player do to get the withdrawal approved?

We'd like you to confirm this with the player.

Furthermore, CasinoGuru recommends contacting licensing authorities and regulatory bodies after the outcome of a no-reaction policy.

What are the potential consequences for players who actually do this? Also, have there been any cases where players have had their issues resolved by contacting these authorities?

These are good questions, but if the casino doesn't respond, I'll answer them for you—though they may not apply to your specific situation.

The difference between being able to access your account and not being able to is probably that, in the first case, the player has been blocked and an investigation is underway. It could also be the case in the second scenario, but perhaps they’re just checking something that isn’t so serious. Alternatively, withdrawals might just be blocked, but the player has access to the account until the casino finishes verifying what they need to check.

As for the case you shared, I don’t know what the player did. Either the casino wised up or he was just lucky. In that complaint itself, you can read that the initial attempt failed and that the casino didn’t respond, so I have no idea what specifically happened for the casino to pay him out.

One last point: complaining to the authority shouldn’t generally have any negative impact. That’s what the authority is there for. You can’t complain to some authorities, but you can to others. It usually takes quite a long time for them to address the case, if they address it at all. So it’s quite time-consuming. Of course, I’m not saying that such complaints were resolved at this casino, but I’ve seen plenty of cases where players turned to the authority and got things resolved. It depends on the authority and whether the casino was at fault or not.

Is it possible to contact the player named degen01 who made the complaint here and ask them about it?

It is possible, but only if you use the "reply" button on their post. The player should be notified that someone has replied to them, so they might reply to you.

But we don't have features like private messages or anything like that, so this is your only option.

Give it a try.🙂

degen01 is not listed in the user reviews section here.

Since he's at this link, could someone from CasinoGuru contact him?

Oh, right, he didn't post anything on the forum, so you don't have anything to reply to. Unfortunately, we don't do that kind of thing, and players have to come here themselves. I saw that this player hasn't been here for a few months, so I hope he happens to stop by and reply.😕

Any update from from them as of yet?

Hello

Like many others, I encountered withdrawal issues and the well-known accusation of using multiple accounts on Rollbit.

I saw in the responses here that Rollbit refused to cooperate with you. Is there any point in describing my issue here?

Hi, to be honest, it’s always a good idea to describe what happened, and of course this is mainly helpful for other players who might be considering playing here. It’s also a good idea to file a complaint, even if the casino doesn’t respond. And that’s mainly because if they don’t resolve it, they’ll get black points, which will lower their safety index even further, and that way players will know not to go there to play. So it definitely makes some sense. As for whether your situation will actually be resolved, I don’t really think so, but I could be wrong.
