Finally replied the agents are saying they have contacted the payment team regarding no one receiving payments . Now I was advised to wait till Sunday .. payments won’t come in over the weekend lol

They’re just going to keep doing this until the end of May. There must be a reason why they’re stalling, maybe it’s a breach if they just ignore us? If curacao egaming can’t help us, there must be another licensing organisation that can
If I did I'd tell the world so everyone could get there's but as yet no one has had any luck sorry
They refuse to give that proof. They told me the transaction history where it says "processed" is the only proof they have. Which is a load of BS. I told them that transaction history tells us what is supposed to happen, and the receipt gives us information about what actually happened and they never responded
I can’t upload the screenshots of my chat on here coz think the screenshots are too big. I can’t find a resize option either but pretty much the supports are left in the dark too. They have no access to proof of payments and they don’t have direct contact with the provider (aka withdrawal team). Supports are getting updates from the management team
As much as I want to believe we will get our money, it doesn’t look like we will be. The provider (payments team) has not given any updates to the management team or support staff which is why we are fed the same repetitive answers
How can they just do this? Is there not someone that can help us! Can we go to our banks and request every deposit ever made be returned as they are fraudulent. I just can't believe this is happening. This casino has always been the best to play on with fast withdrawals
What a load of crap it's not that big of a place even if it was pick up the phone and call that department hey what's goin' on with these guys payments
I’ve already tried something similar and their response is always "we assure you that your winnings are safe and on their way to you". They won’t admit that they’re not paying us for some reason.
Let us know what their response is to you. It’ll prob be the same tho
Just came across an article posted on the guardian dated 26/03/24
