Hi, in your situation I would also recommend filing a complaint. Our team would try to help in some way, although it is not a guarantee that you will get money, but you don't have to invest anything except your time.
It would definitely be a good step because if the casino doesn't try to resolve the whole case, it will affect the safety index and so at least a small satisfaction would be that other players would run into it in the future.
I see that they basically say the same thing to every player, which is that the money will come by the end of the week, but still nothing happens.

They asked and I gave hoping it would mean payment but all the time knowing they didn't need them as according to them had already processed payment once it was just another stall tactic
Yeah they asked for bank statements but did not need them to reschedule .

In can't happen to anyone else though they are closing no one except people with pending withdrawals can access there sight and even then ya can't deposit so they don't care prove me wrong I've had a complaint submitted here and I'm waiting for any action to occur
My Mrs also recieved hers no drama week before I withdrew mine so around the 7/4 and I withdrew on 14/4
