I also received a payout of €250 here, which came about in a very curious way:

Lured by the 100% bonus, I deposited and risked up to €300 cash.

Then I wanted to "limit the damage" and at least claim €50.

because the way the game was playing was no longer fun - namely not at all, almost violently.

The €50 took 12 days to be paid out, and support told me that in exceptional cases it could take longer than the 3 days stated in the statutes.

When I got tired of waiting, I withdrew those €50 and the winnings just flew around my ears, up to almost €700, of which I initially had €500 in payout and then came the big deduction.

Like a wall of losses, down to €250.

I have had this €250 paid out since January 20, 2026, and I am curious to see what will come of it.

I just want to add that I'm curious too. It seems the withdrawals are currently not in the best shape. At least when it comes to casinos related to RoboCat.

Just in case, please consider submitting a complaint if things go sideways.

Good morning, I played at a casino called robocat. I won after around €200 on deposits of €5000. I have made 3 withdrawal requests. In the first withdrawal request, 3 business days passed and I did not receive an email that the request was processed. Nor have they asked me for identification documents. My account also seems to not require verification. Will they pay me or will I lose it?

Today they also blocked my live chat because I kept asking them questions and the only way to communicate is via email which they respond after 1 day or so. And of course they still haven't paid me.

Hey, I know that this casino tends to have quite a delay in paying out players, so you'll probably have to be patient. As long as your account doesn't require verification and you haven't broken any rules, the casino should normally pay you your money.

I know it's not the most pleasant situation when you want to know when you'll get your money, but bombarding them with messages won't help. I would try to keep a cool head, and if the casino is unable to pay you within 14 days, we can try to help you.

For now, I will wait 14 days but I will continue to bombard them with emails until someone answers officially and not with these robotic answers that they copy - paste. They are so ridiculous that in the chat they tell me that they are not responsible and in order to get a clear answer I have to send an email to support. So I send an email to support and the same people who answer in the live chat answer again and all they say is we are sorry for the delay but we are not responsible to answer you. hahaha

Yes, communication is important for many players, and it would be for me too. If they tell you to send an email and you get the same generic response, I understand why you're upset.

But if you've submitted a complaint, then we'll wait and I believe you'll get your money back. If not, feel free to let me know.

Hello, unfortunately I also deposited €50 on the Robcat website and won €1000.

I've now withdrawn the first €500 via Skrill, and it's currently being reviewed. I can only request the other €500 in 24 hours.

And now I see that many people here have had bad experiences.

My question is, will I even get the money? Is the payout process at that casino still so shady?

Hi, another problem has occurred.

Deposit to game account 5000,-CZK (216.5€). The amount is deducted from the bank account, but it has not been credited to the game account. After communicating with support, the payment was allegedly blocked by the provider. Allegedly, the money should be returned to the bank account.

Has this happened to anyone else? Did you get your money back or should I just accept that I won't see the money again?

Hi, I would wait a few days. It happened to me too, although elsewhere, but also blocked by the provider. And because my bank is quite slow, it took 4-5 days for the money to be returned, the entire time in the transaction history the payment was considered successful. It sounds similar to me, but we'll see what happens next.
