Then I wanted to "limit the damage" and at least claim €50.

The €50 took 12 days to be paid out, and support told me that in exceptional cases it could take longer than the 3 days stated in the statutes.
When I got tired of waiting, I withdrew those €50 and the winnings just flew around my ears, up to almost €700, of which I initially had €500 in payout and then came the big deduction.
Like a wall of losses, down to €250.
I have had this €250 paid out since January 20, 2026, and I am curious to see what will come of it.

Diese 50€ waren 12 Tage in der Auszahlung und man sagte mir im Support das es in Ausnahmefällen mal länger als die 3 Tage dauern könnte die in den Statuten stehen.
Als ich es leid war zu warten habe ich diese 50€ zurück gezogen und und die Gewinne flogen mir nur so um die Ohren, bis knapp 700€ rauf von denen ich erst 500€ in der Auszahlung hatte und dann kam der große Abzug.
Wie eine Wand nur noch Verluste, runter bis 250€.
Diese 250€ habe ich nun seit dem 20.01.2026 in der Auszahlung und bin gespannt was dabei heraus kommt.
