That's right, as soon as I look at the transaction history, it's mixed in with the game variations. You can imagine, if I've played for 10 hours, there are 200 pages alone, and somewhere among those pages you see a single deposit.

So, no matter what happened, I didn't receive any bonus; that's clearly evident. €1000 was paid out. That means they were ready, but since it's an unreliable site, they looked for an error that couldn't be found, because they also asked me for a credit card number before the first withdrawal, a card I don't even have.

Until I was able to disprove these deposit slips showing that it was via PayPal and my checking account, meaning there was no credit card involved! Unbelievable! Then came the confirmation and the payout of a mere €1000 out of €25000.

After the first payout, I didn't log in again to avoid losing everything... they saw this and therefore canceled the winnings!!! Criminals, and my deposited money is simply gone!

Yes, it's true that you can't see it from individual events because it gets mixed up with game rounds. You said you had the bonus you used around Christmas? Did you win that 24,000 euros this year? Could you also get askgamblers to help you out?

So, the bonus thing happened long before Christmas. Shortly before Christmas, I won €10,000. Even without the bonus money. Unfortunately, I gambled that away.

I then deposited again as described in the facts of the case, therefore 100% without bonus, and by then I had won €14,000 before New Year's Eve and increased it to €25,000 the day before New Year's Eve. This means the winnings were paid out in the old year, but the €1,000 was paid to me last Friday of the new year.

I believe you, but I'm surprised by Rizzio's ruthlessness. Did you send a complaint to Anjouan yet?

I had a case 10 years ago where there was a bug in another site's system and one round had been added to the game events claiming that I had a bonus and the bet was 10e. Then they denied my winnings and claimed a bonus violation. It took me 8 hours to figure out round by round what had really happened and find the reason. The site always had a debit sign when a game round started. If there was a win, there was first a debit and then a credit. During this one round, what they claimed read first a debit and then a credit and immediately after that a credit again. It is not possible that you win twice from one game round. I claimed this very system error and got my money. The site was under white hat gaming.

Do you think I have any chance of getting my money back? I've filed a police report online. I've also complained on this website and to the licensor, plus the forum that was recently opened or was already open...

It's very difficult for me to say that without knowing more about your account's activities. In this case, there are a few very special things:

1. If you didn't use the bonus, why was the bonus wagering requirement imposed?
2. if you had deposited 200 or 500e with which you won 24,000e, why were you paid 1,000e? (usually in the case of a bonus violation, the original deposited amount is paid)

And the latter one in particular surprises me. The Anjouan license isn't the most reliable, but it does cost the site something and there are some rules there too.

Have you been active directly on rizzio? It doesn't help to file a complaint there, because the same Harrys and Marias are handling them as in the chat. I got them to talk themselves into it a few times with screenshots etc, but I was very active.

In any case, this casino has a pretty poor safety index, and I'm curious to see if anything can be done about it. You say you didn't use the bonus, and they used a clause from the bonus terms to confiscate your money. I don't really understand how you got to 1000. 

But what I saw on our website is this. 

I don't know if this applies to this particular case, as I feel that the casino is acting quite illogically and strangely. But I hope our team will be able to find out. 

I haven't heard from Rizzio or Anjouan yet, I hate to admit it, but they probably managed to take the winnings and deposits, meaning they managed to steal from me and many other people. The only thing left to do is warn other people and try to take down that scam site.

Hello, I'm so sorry. I've received €2,000 from various people so far. However, my winnings of €24,000 have been withheld. I activated the "buy later" option via Klarna, but they're still demanding payment. I could just cry.

As far as I know, for instance, this option refers to paying later for goods and services, which means the buyer is first to "try" the product and then pay later. Can you help me understand how it works with online casinos, please?

They let me be for a couple of months when I told them to block my account etc. Now they have started spamming me with email offers again and reopened my account. I never go there to play. I still haven't received the money I won and Anjouan hasn't responded either.

There are still new similar cases every day and some of them have new complaints here. So they continue to scam people. I hope someone finds out who is behind this and they are held accountable. Never play at that casino. I hope everyone reads the truth about that place here as on many Finnish casino advertisement pages the casino is considered good which is also really outrageous towards the players.

Hello, I deposited approximately €10,000 into the casino using my credit card. My balance eventually reached €19,000, and I've repeatedly tried to withdraw money, constantly sending documents. My account is now verified, but they won't offer me a withdrawal to my credit card. They also won't allow withdrawals to cryptocurrencies, insisting I withdraw to my bank account. Now, a withdrawal attempt (€1,000) has been pending for about two days. €12,000 remains in the account. I have complete screenshots of my account balances. I never used any bonuses, only one cashback offer, which then reset to zero. From what I'm reading here, I guess I should just write off the money and file a complaint?
