Hello, yes, I played with a bonus, but I played it down to zero and always selected the "no bonus" option for new deposits. After depositing €11,000, I finally won €25,000. Like an idiot, they only paid me €1,000 – that's the bizarre part.

This site is cheating as much as it can. If I understand correctly, they charge a maximum of 1000e per withdrawal. Did they return the remaining balance to your account? If not, what did they tell you about why you were deducted 23,000e?

This page also has an unfair max winning cap of 5,000e/day.
