Hello, realspin offered me a sports welcome bonus, today I deposited and when I tried to bet I got an error and it told me that I can bet 0 euros, I contacted customer service and they told me that they have limited me and that this cannot be changed and then I asked for a refund of the money I deposited and they told me no and they suggested that I cancel the sports bonus and play 5 times the money deposited in the casino, I don't see that as correct and if they give me a sports bonus and prohibit me from playing it, should they return my money or if not it is a fraud, could I get help with this?

Has this happened to anyone else? I've never played at this casino. How could they possibly limit me? Do they have a reasonable reason for doing this and refusing to refund my money?

It's not very fair of the casino and I asked my colleagues about it and they said you can file a complaint. We'll see if we can sort something out but it definitely shouldn't be like this.

The problem is not only related to sports betting, they gave me a sports betting welcome bonus and without making any bets they limited me to betting 0 euros in bets and now they won't let me withdraw the money, they tell me to go play the money in the casino, I think I have to explain it like to children, you go to order a hamburger, you pay for it and after having paid they tell you that they will no longer sell you hamburgers and that you buy pizza and that they will not return your money if you do not buy 5 pizzas, that is a scam, it is blackmail and everything you want

That's simply all we intend to say. Although I imagine it is not very convenient, you have nothing to lose by trying at least because the complaint is free.

I made a complaint and they rejected it. It's not about betting or the casino because I haven't made any bets on sports or in the casino at RealSpin. It's about the fact that they offered me something and when I deposit they prevent me from using what they offered me and now they don't want to give me my money back.

They offered me a bonus and when I deposited they prevented me from playing both the bonus and the money I deposited and in this case I ask that they pay me what I deposited, they withhold the money I deposited and they also do not let me play it, what I ask for help with is that they return the deposited money, in any business if they offer you something bad they return the money but not here, here they withhold the money and it seems that nobody wants to help

If it is so, unfortunately, due to AML, I believe it is not possible to withdraw the money like this. Just imagine if everyone did the same thing; they wouldn't be able to keep the situation under control, you know.

Even though I understand your point here, that you wanted to get that bonus, on the other hand, I also understand the reason the casino doesn't allow you to withdraw without wagering.

So, as I can see, it is like a vicious circle, actually. 🤷‍♀️
