I would say it's not completely common, but it's something the casino can ask the player to close his account. However, it would probably be best if you were not allowed to play and if you checked, they would close your account. So try to follow their instructions and if you can't do that, open a complaint and we'll try to help you.
Hi as I have delt with these before they sent me the same request and then refunded me all the money I spent after I first requested an account closure they are ok that way they will close your account and refund you .... I hope so anyway but it looks very similar to what happened to me
Hello, thank you for calling out the other player. May I know how long it all took for you? Closing the account and the refund, I mean.
They actually refunded me first and then closed account time frame I can't be sure it was 10 days I'd say I just can't be precise but to be fare they stuck to there word
Hello, is this a question, please?
We surely have no update on your situation, I'm afraid.
Hmm, a refund could be the issue in such a case, or we would try to help if it was clear to the casino in advance that you are a gambling addict and they would let you continue to play, or open an account. Otherwise there should be no refund at all and I see that the casino has already closed your account based on what you say.
How was it then?
I chat with them and said i want to close my account...but they said that I should wait to get an email from the department ...I ask a fue times to please close my account but they said that I should wait to department send me...so mean while I could deposit and it continue😑I ask them I ger refunded but they dont answer me..they just text that the account is closed
I understand what you're saying. But if you ask for your account to be closed, it doesn't mean that the casino knows you're a gambling addict. Those are two different things. Gamblers normally close accounts when they don't like something, so as I said addiction must be clearly stated. Being told you have to wait for the department, sometimes that happens and you can't close the account right away. It has to be dealt with by the people who are supposed to deal with it. So in this case I don't see why they should give you a refund. 😕
