Most of the complaints are from another casino in the same group, but even so, most of the complaints have been resolved. From what I can read they are simply slow to verify accounts and pay. I know this group and I was registered at one of their casinos but I didn't even play or anything because they wouldn't let me verify my account before depositing and playing, apparently withdrawals take a week and so do verifications

Hello, I think there is nothing to worry about yet and you can stay calm for now. Like the SunsetGaze said, most of the complaints are from casinos in the same group and most of them have been resolved.
However, has the casino already asked you to send the verification documents or not yet ? If not, it may not be necessary yet, but most casinos ask for it when you make your first withdrawal, so if you do, maybe they'll get back to you then. If you want to get your money, you shouldn't be afraid to withdraw it. So I would recommend to keep calm and make a withdrawal and see how it goes.

You had won something while playing with the bonus, but after some time, the bonus and the winnings were gone. Usually, the best way to get a direct explanation is to contact the casino. We can start speculating just now, but there are far too many possibilities, such as:
has the bonus expired?
have you submitted a withdrawal request?
have you met all bonus requirements (specifically wagering)?
have you played according to the rules the whole time? (max bet rule, forbidden games, and so on)
Additionally, your winnings seemed to have waned, but you are still convinced the games are rigged. I bet you expected higher winnings, right? Frankly, this feeling is quite normal. Just lower your expectations; you might feel better. I imagine how it sounds, but licensed casinos just can't alter the games on any occasion.
This is the bet i did and activated the bonus in big bass!then i had some winnings on the 5th spin of 10 total and it popped out and when i logged in i found no bonus no spins left and not money earned!joke really!!and i cant watch the replay somewhere!
