If you want to discuss anything related to PowerUp Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
Hi,
As a newcomer to this forum (I've been actively involved with GambleJoe for many years, among other things..) I can make a contribution right away - thank you very much for the very good assessment of the PowerUpCasino. I can understand all the points well, I am currently waiting for a total of EUR 1700 and it is being made very, very difficult for me.
Because of the attractive design (yes, I know...) I decided to give PowerUp Casino a try. At least there were no warnings, blacklists, etc. - however, it seems to be a casino that doesn't care about growth and customer loyalty - I can't explain the artificially created barriers to payouts otherwise.
I won EUR 1700 and subsequently found out about the lousy payout conditions. So much can be revealed: it's agony and I'm just at the beginning... I also have doubts that I'll ever get my money. The following has been noticed so far:
Around midnight today it's been 48 hours I'm waiting for it to be processed. I am very excited - I will patiently go through the whole process and see if my money gets to me before I give the casino a final rating. The last service experience gave me some hope, because at least honest words came. Should this hope be dashed, I will of course provide a clear warning here and everywhere I can.
Too bad PowerUp Casino. You just didn't understand the principle of how to make money...
Hello,
I feel that would be meaningless to add anything to your well-written summary.
Just a slight detail: it is a standard, that casinos prefer the same payment option for deposit and as well for withdrawal because any other options you'd like to use for the withdrawal need to be verified first and the deposit serves as the verification. This is usual especially for the first few withdrawals.
Looking forward to the next post, though🤞
Hello, everyone,
one day after my post I received at least the first payout of 500 EUR. I will now wait and see what happens and whether you can possibly trust the Powerup Casino. At the very least, I would like to tentatively state my statement - as of now it doesn't appear to be a "scam" casino.
Many greetings
Update: the two outstanding payments totaling 1000 euros both came to me at the same time a few days ago.
It is therefore NOT a scam casino (in my experience).
hello, unfortunately I have to row back again - it will be the same game for the next bigger win, this time I have not received any feedback at all.
I've been waiting for my 3 withdrawals of 500EUR each (which is the maximum) for 5 days. They are not being processed and I am getting messages in the account that I am "exceeding the limit" and should please delete one of the withdrawal requests.
It is frustrating enough that just under EUR 3000 cannot be paid out at all, since the limits and deadlines are so cheekily long (max. one request for EUR 500 per day, max. EUR 7000 in total per month at my level).
Apparently this casino still doesn't understand how to keep good customers. The max. 5 days waiting time is very long, I could live with that somewhere, unfortunately this time I didn't receive any payment at all and also no signs, because the chat unfortunately tells something new every day (of course nothing that would have any added value ).
It's frustrating because I deposit 100-300, sometimes 400 EUR there every day. As soon as you win something, it becomes tough. A pity
Hello there.
Well, I would not be satisfied with such limits and limitations either. I guess checking other casinos with higher limits, and possibly smoother withdrawals sounds inevitable.
Thank you for taking your time and sharing your point of view!
If you struggle longer with the latest withdrawal, consider the complaint process. It's free of charge.
What do you think of a casino whose customer service is as competent as a piece of toast?!
I don't see any provider on the website below, no license either, here at Casino Guru a provider is listed that I have never heard of. In the casino at the support I asked several times who the provider of this casino is, apparently they don't know themselves who they work for, the lady from the support says to me, the provider is on the website although I wrote several times that there is no provider and also no license, then she refers me to the e-mail address of the casino I should ask by e-mail.
This casino is identical to Rabidi NV casinos in terms of presentation, support expertise, constant server errors and Book of Dead reel spins and I am very sure that this casino is operated by Rabidi NV.
That would not be a problem in and of itself, but I am blocked by the provider because the constant problems in one of the casinos from the provider were getting on my nerves and the support at the time did not understand that I just wanted a normal account block and I didn't feel like discussing it any further and got banned because of gambling addiction because casinos always react directly to something like that, which was the case. So I am not allowed to play in any Rabidi NV casino.
If I continue to deposit money in this casino and if I should be lucky and win, if my assumptions are correct, I will only have problems with the payout and will never get my winnings paid out anyway. Is it too much to ask to have a provider and license visible at the bottom of the casino's website?
I am guessing that the provider listed here at Casino Guru is not that of the casino. At least for the players in Germany.
Hello there.
The way I see it, the term "provider" refers to the company which runs this casino, am I correct? Honestly, I can't tell for sure myself.
So, the owner we found is stated in the casino review:
"Creative Visions Ltd"
The license provider is Curacao - Antillephone:

But to be sure, I'll check the owner again for you. 🙂
Will be back once it has been done.
Hello Radka,
Thanks for the info. Exactly, well, unfortunately I can't see who the operator is, I only see that on the website below where the operator and the license are usually written (see photo).

Thank you for checking that is really important to me because unfortunately there aren't that many casinos left for players in Germany with my favorite slots. Well, there are already, but my favorite slots are blocked for German players in most casinos, so I just have to access the few casinos and one of them is this one.
Really everything in this casino reminds me of Zet Casino, Casinoly, Exctewin etc and the casinos are all from Rabidi NV
Hello.
I emphasize such information is important, and now I got the update:
"Rabidi is the provider but Creative Visions Ltd would be the owner."
Since we list the owner, it makes sense Rabidi is mentioned through the license seal.
Do you find the update useful?
What seems to be wrong with this casino, aside from the safety index, which should not be mistaken for a rating, by the way?
I mean, what makes you think the casino is doing far worse? Try us, we aim to help.
Of course, help requires a certain explanation. Well, we're here.
To answer how, kindly mind the tab called "Safety Index of PowerUp Casino explained"
Scam casino, The money has not been withdrawn for more than a week, tech support answers every time like this : Dear Customer,
We would like to inform you that we are currently experiencing an increased volume of requests, which has resulted in a delay in response time.
Please be assured that we are actively working on all requests, starting with those received prior to your request. If at all possible, could you please return for assistance in about 60 minutes?
We appreciate your patience during this time.
It is actually nothing unusual that a casino can have some delays which could happen if there have been too many requests, so they become overloaded somehow, or even if the casino is understaffed, as well.
May I ask if your account has been fully verified there, have you had any successful withdrawal before, perhaps?
Hello, I requested my payout on the 17th and nothing has happened until today (21st). I hope that something happens next week and I can leave a review. I was not able to verify myself in advance, but I hope that they don't find any reasons to delay the payout because I think the waiting time is far too long.
Have they asked you for verification yet? I believe that it could also be due to the weekend being in the middle. Don't you think so?🤔
Let us know how it goes, please, and hopefully it won't take very long.
