I already provided every documents they asked but they ain't responding to my mails. I have emailed my documents 7-8 times. And still not receiving any response.

That is a really unpleasant situation you have described here and in your complaint.
It is quite sad because in this kind of situation our team is not able to do much, and it is usually between the casino and the payment provider.

May I ask what are they asking for exactly?
It could be that some of the documents you have provided was in wron format or not a good quality, you know.

Lots of time I sent them bank statement and payment slip.
I already contacted my bank and they said that payment has already been sent to beneficiary account however this is not just the first complaint about Parimatch. I read lots of negative reviews related to deposit problem on parimatch in other Casino website. Yesterday one of their agent said you will get amount in maximum 12 hours but it's more than 17 hours now. Please check and assist as I really need your support otherwise they will scam like this in future.

I am sorry to hear about your ordeal; I would have expected a straightforward deposit to be settled much more quickly. It would be ideal if they could find a quick solution, but I sincerely hope that the complaint will force the casino staff to take some sort of action. Just continue with the complaint; I know it must be difficult. I hate to say it, but we still need to give it some time until all the information is gathered and the process may escalate.
Yesterday one of their agent said you will get amount in maximum 24 hours but it's more than 24 hours now. Please check and assist as I really need your support otherwise they will scam like this in future.
For now there is nothing much we can do, unfortunately, but wait. Hopefully soon there will be a movement in this.

I see that you keep getting different information about when your deposit should be credited, which is not the most pleasant thing.
However, as much as I hate to say it, we will have to be patient until your complaint moves forward, because without that we won't be able to do much.
But hopefully the casino will be able to deposit the money without us having to push for it.
