Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.

I contacted my payment provider my inr 3500 payment successful deducted from my account I have my bank statement and payment slip where you can see my payment successfully deducted and not refunded yet

I talked parimatch casino support team they asked same things again and again but not solve my problem they are wasting time I have 50 mailed to parimatch support and sent bank statement 4 time but still they asking me same things

Before we proceed with the investigation, please forward me the following:

  • deposit payslip showing the unsuccessful deposit
  • your bank statements from 30 July onwards until today
  • screenshot of your transaction history in your casino profile showing your deposits

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I’m afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints might help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint, and you will be notified by email. In the meantime, I recommend you contact Curaçao Interactive Licensing (helpdesk@curacaolicensing.com) and submit a complaint to them. The Gaming Authority has more options and tools to help players.
