Curaçao Interactive Licensing (CIL)
One of the four Master License Operators for the jurisdiction, Curaçao Interactive Licensing had the authority to independently grant licenses and ensure online casinos under its supervision were adhering to any related conditions and regulations.

End of an Era
As of January 31st 2025, Curaçao Interactive Licensing was the last of the four original Master License Operators to cease all licensing duties. This is as a result of the recent changes and restructuring within the Curaçao jurisdiction.
Consequently, no C.I.L. (5536/JAZ) licenses will be extended and are all to be considered expired from the date mentioned. Any casinos that operated under this license should have either applied for the new Curaçao license directly from the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, or obtained a license from an alternate authority.
Submitting Complaints
Additionally, it is no longer possible to submit complaints to C.I.L., or contact them in any way. Any disputes should now be directed to a casino's new regulator, or according to relevant information on the casino website.
