I requested the 1st withdrawal on Sunday 26th at night. Today is the 3rd business day but chat told me is normal and everything looks fine with my account. They actually said everything is good and they prioritize my request. They haven't asked for any kyc but it just feel i am gonna get scammed. The upgrade my vip to lvl 3 so I can withdraw 800 daily limit as well.
Even if my 500euro request goes through it feels like it will drag months to get all my money out.

I would focus mainly on the fact that they’ve paid you in the past—that means something. The fact that the casino is delaying payments might be relevant, but of course they could also be doing it on purpose to make you lose your money. I recommend, of course, not playing until this is resolved.🙂
