Honestly, avoid this casino at all costs. I have absolutely no idea how they are getting away with what they are doing. I did eventually get paid out after over a month, I received my withdrawal by crypto transfer in the end. Their payment provider can’t send payments any other way. Live chat will continue to tell you technical errors occurred and ask you to re submit the withdrawal. They do this as a tactic to hope you give up and cancel the withdrawal and lose it, they are an absolutely disgusting company. They need to be closed down. They will cancel your withdrawal requests with no explanation and just ask you to re submit it. I did this over 14 times. Only when I contacted casino guru, did they admit to their ways and send it me by crypto eventually after admitting their finance team can’t send bank transfers or issue card refunds.

I received my winnings of 900 euros via bank transfer. It took a while, but I got it.
