I am from the UK, I am fully verified and completed their KYC process. Live chat confirmed it is ok that I am from the UK. I deposited via bank via bank transfer as my only method of payment, whenever I withdraw by bank transfer, the request gets rejected with the reason being "payment system error with third party payment provider", I can’t withdraw via any other method because it has to go to the same method I deposited from. Has anyone else had issues with this, I have no idea how to get my money out? I’ve got over £1,600 stuck in the account with these criminals?
Hello, how long has this situation been going on? Has the casino offered you an alternative, such as making a minimum deposit using a different payment method and withdrawing your money? It's not your fault that there is a problem with the third-party payment provider. Perhaps I would ask if they have at least an approximate time frame for when it should be resolved.
If you can't find out anything and you can't withdraw your money, you can try filing a complaint with us.
Hi Jaro,
live chat told me to try splitting my balance into 2 withdrawals, one by crypto and one by bank transfer. The crypto one got rejected this morning (even though they told me the wallet was confirmed). The bank transfer is still pending, but it will get rejected like they always do, and it’ll be blamed on a technical error. They are just refusing to pay me out really, it’s disgusting.
I'm curious if the bank transfer will turn out the same way. Please let me know if it did or not.
I don't understand why they are telling you to request a withdrawal via crypto and then cancel it.
You've already opened a complaint, so if nothing happens, we'll try to assist you.
Hi Jaro,
Thanks for the response. Here is a snippet of the chat history. They rejected the crypto withdrawal yesterday morning. There are no other deposit methods I can use to verify to attempt withdrawing any other way. It is only bank transfer or crypto, both of which they are continuously rejecting. This is an absolute nightmare. I honestly have no idea how this company are allowed to trade because it seems to be the same for a lot of people based in the uk. My withdrawals are still pending for now (even though they said it’d be prioritised within 24 hours), but I’m sure they will
get rejected again today and it’ll be blamed on a "technical error" again. I have zero confidence in ever receiving these funds now sadly.

I understand your frustration. However, my advice is not to give up and definitely not to gamble with money. As long as we can help, we will try to do so.
Thanks Jaro
its been 10 days now and I’ve told them enough is enough just pay me by crypto if you’re having problems with bank transfers. But they continue to reject that request. They can’t say what the issue is or when it’s being fixed, they just say it’s not their fault and blame it on a third party payment provider. It’s an absolute disgrace to be honest, £1600 is a lot of money to be without. I’ve never dealt with such a dodgy company in my entire life, I have no idea how this company are allowed to trade. Bank transfer isn’t working and they won’t offer me any kind of alternative, so the funds will just be stuck there forever.
Please see more info from them. They are claiming they can’t process any withdrawals at all now, this has now been ongoing for over 10 days. This company is a scam and I now realise I won’t get my money paid out, but this company needs to be closed down before any more victims fall into the same trap as me.

I would say about the whole situation that you should try to wait. That's the only thing you can do. Writing to them every day probably won't help if they have technical problems.
The truth is that if they use a third-party payment provider, then the entire withdrawal process is not in the casino's hands. If they have a problem, they have to solve it. So patience will be very necessary.
I don't think the casino is a scam, and complaints about this casino have mostly been resolved. So I believe that will be the case now, but I can't say when. You'll need to keep a cool head, even though I understand that's not easy.
Hi Jaro,
thanks for the response. But if they are having technical problems as severe as not being able to process withdrawals, why are they accepting deposits, why has it lasted 12 days and why haven’t they got a warning for all customers on their website? 12 days in and it’s still not been sorted does raise alarm bells.
It’s a casino website, the most viral thing is withdrawals, a casino website being unable to process withdrawals for 12 days should not be allowed to take deposits until the issue is resolved surely? I also don’t believe the withdrawal issue is for all customers, live chat have suggested its specific to me
I definitely agree that if this is a widespread problem at the casino, other players should be notified about it. But if it's just in your case, I don't really understand it.
What bothers me the most is that they tell you to use crypto and then reject it. It's always the same thing over and over again.
Something may not be right, so I would let the team work on it. I understand that money is important to everyone, but this is also a process. So let's take a deep breath and, as I mentioned, give it some more time.
