Stay away from these criminals. They doing everything to hold your money. Had over 11000£ in my account, over more then half month managed to withdraw part of it with pressure and final notices. Now more then 5000£ is stalling. Asking to split always withdrawals and later rejecting them blaming system. Or saying that aproved and same time rejecting it. I prepared huge amount of evidence how they work and how acting with customers, now pass everything to my lawyers and will do complaint to Coracao company which license they hold.

It seems to be that if you win anything with this casino, you will have to verify your identity (of course thats no problem), but they will take as long as possible and it feels like they want you to "give up" but after they cant find any reason to reject your withdrawal, they will just delete your account and "refund" you with no further explanation. After a month I still havent received either an explenation nor my funds. I am still waiting and asking support weekly just to get the same answer. "Its still being processed."
