I strongly urge to not play at this casino..I'm still waiting for my withdrawl which has been pending now for 5 days and everytime I ask support what's going on they give me the runaround and then keep asking what more do u need. These casinos get there deposits immediately, yet when we try to withdraw funds ,,we have to play the waiting game. And yes my account is verified.

Omg so check this out..they said they sent my money to my bank and it was accepted but that's impossible as my bank is a online bank and they don't accept wire transfers .I did not know this...and now the casino is telling me there not responsible once it leaves there platform. I talked to my bank and they told me under no circumstances would they even got a mess saying it was accepted because they don't accept them.so this casino is basically stealing money from. Customers as that is what it appears . I am contacting my lawyer and whomever governs this casino

I have been waiting for 3 weeks now to get verifyed and trying to withdraw money from there. But when the finally verifyed me after almost 2 weeks, they have now decided to remove the bank transfer option. So I cant withdraw to card and I Can not withdraw to bank. I have none of the other options, so are my money just stuck there? Or does anyone know how I Can get the money in my bank account? I have Only used card to make deposits.

I find the casino very exhausting 😥
1.You are not allowed to verify yourself… according to support this is only possible when the payout is processed 2. They do not process the payout 🙈… so it's almost 3 days and the status has not changed
3. Now things are getting really crazy, you can only take your 2nd deposit bonus once the deposit has been approved (before that it is forbidden to continue playing 🚫)
4.It's such a shame, the casino has a great selection of games and super friendly and fast support, but when they can't get the payout sorted, you just regret having played there.

I don't think it's a poorly designed system. However, I felt it was more likely to tempt you to continue playing or cancel the withdrawal. The verification process also doesn't seem entirely fair.
To be fair, I finally got my payout on the third day 🍀. After that, I closed my account because playing became stressful and no longer fun.
By the way, today is the first day I've been able to access your site and log in again. I hope it stays that way, because even though I won't be playing at a casino for a while, I wouldn't want to miss your site.

ich denke nicht, dass es sich um ein schlecht aufgebautes System handelt. Dennoch hatte ich das Gefühl, dass man eher dazu verleitet wird, weiterzuspielen oder die Auszahlung abzubrechen. Auch die Verifizierung wirkt nicht ganz fair.
Fairerweise möchte ich sagen, dass die Auszahlung am dritten Tag doch noch erfolgt ist 🍀. Danach habe ich mein Konto schließen lassen, weil das Spielen für mich nur noch stressig war und keinen Spaß mehr gemacht hat.
Heute ist übrigens ,der erste Tag, an dem ich eure Seite wieder erreichen und mich einloggen konnte. Ich hoffe, das bleibt so, denn auch wenn ich jetzt erstmal wieder für längere Zeit kein Casino spiele, möchte ich eure Seite nicht missen.
