Sono 8 giorni che aspetto il prelievo, non danno notizie e dicono che ê correttamente in elaborazione, peccato che ci siano decine di casi di persone che aspettano da molto più tempo per ritirare il loro denaro. Procederò con una denuncia alle autorità di Curaçao, devono chiudere questi truffatori!

Il casinò mi dice che il mio account non ha bisogno di alcuna verifica e che ci sono dei ritardi, il fatto è che la richiesta di prelievo l'ho effettuata tramite bonifico bancario giovedì 20/11/2025 e il supporto clienti continua a trovare scuse che ci sono ritardi dovuti al grosso flusso di prelievi effettuato dai giocatori.
Essendo passati 8 giorni ho qualche dubbio e se non riceverò subito i miei soldi, per un totale di 380 euro, presenterò un reclamo alle autorità di Curacao.
