Have you asked the casino all those questions?
Let's start from the beginning. Maybe the initial KYC was meant to verify you - not the payment option. Since you have not submitted any withdrawals back then, the casino just waited to see what payment option you chose in case you stay, and manage to win.
It sounds reasonable to me. Not entirely sure why the transaction needed to be stopped - you should ask the casino. I'd love to hear the explanation, though I guess it's probably because the system is designed this way.
I find it hard to believe the casino does not send confirmation or information about aborted withdrawal, again I would ask the casino to make sure.
From my point of view - if the verification is done directly on the website in a special section for instance, and the process is well described in terms, I don't think instructions sent by email are necessary - just my point of view. They should at least send a final confirmation that you pass the verification. That's standard, I think.

Sending the same picture over again is pointless. I'm sure you figured that out already. Every casino is different, the picture you usually use does not work here, so ask the support what exactly they need you to send.
To me it does not seem like stalling tactics, you should try to collaborate with the casino first. If collaboration fails, then it's time for questioning the casino's approach. That's my opinion.

Yes I have had 3"withdrawals with them the first one I had to reverify my visa card as soon as I had done that the money was in my account early next day. The second and third no more verification in my account early next day by SEPA bank transfer you lose a bit on the currency rate but not much.
The finance dept doesn't work on weekends but if you make a withdrawal request you will get it on Monday
