I would also recommend that if you are trying out a new casino, never deposit large amounts there, but try it out with a smaller amount first. There is no point in risking unnecessarily large amounts of money.

Hey, I started by playing with €20 and made a withdrawal, which only took 2-3 days. But then I kept playing until I've deposited €1500, and now I have a total of about €2800 in MrPunter. I made a €500 withdrawal on November 26th, and it was being processed. On December 2nd, I paused it because nothing had happened. I tried again the same day and am now waiting. Because there are many bad reviews about the site, I'm worried I won't get the money.

I understand that you are worried, but never cancel your withdrawal because it may only prolong the time it takes to receive your money. If it is in process, you can only wait.

Hey, my withdrawal was rejected today. They said the payment was cancelled by the payment provider, but that can't be right. Why would my payment provider cancel it?

It worked last time with €20, so why doesn't it work now with €500?

Apparently some technical problems. Did you ask if perhaps another payment method would be better to use? Did you re-enter your withdrawal?

As I said, if it takes as long as I said in my previous post, it would be a good idea to open a complaint. 

I have now re-entered my withdrawal request using a different payment method.

I made a €400 withdrawal at mrpunter and I'm still waiting, I see so many negative comments that I'm afraid I won't get my money, plus it says that my account doesn't need to be verified and I've never been asked for any documents, I sent them today by email even though they haven't asked for them

Hey, I didn't have to verify my account or send any data either. How long have you been waiting for your payout? For me, the money was always transferred to my account after 3 days. If they cancel your payment, you'll have to use a different payout method, but I advise you to play on another site afterward because payouts take a long time and you'll just gamble all the money away again!

When exactly did you make the withdrawal, and in what state is it now?
