I was just verified after 8 weeks of trying.
My advice is to supply the document requested ...as requested.
No screenshots, regardless of what they say...
No scan....
No print and photo. ..
Just the original document in pdf form.
After sending more than 20 replacement documents I was finally verified . And it turns out I sent what they were requesting the whole time....
Although it feels very scammy. They will come through in time with that correct document.
I tried so many times and finally my electronic bank statement came in....
The original file in pdf form and it was accepted.
Keep on trying and stay positive ... it will work out .
Nevertheless, I know one thing:
Even if I eventually receive verification and then a payout after this ordeal and possibly weeks of anxiety... I will not invest another cent there.
The support alone, which is there immediately but makes no statements other than cpoy & post - sentences, and then of course this ordeal with verification and payout, is not worth my nerves.
As mentioned before, we usually play there with small stakes, mostly for ourselves. But there are casinos that, for example, my brother plays at, where he enters the withdrawal information and hasn't even put his phone down when it rings and the bank informs him that a deposit has just been received.
Something like that makes a big difference for a casino, even if it costs more in salaries; it pays off in terms of customer traffic – I think. They're as meticulous as the German tax authorities. Or, of course, they do it deliberately, hoping people will gamble away their winnings while they wait. That's my suspicion.
And what I have to say: I've never been offered so many bonus gifts and free spins as during this waiting period, where you know that a free spin "at their expense" will reduce your entire winnings to bonus money. - That's underhanded and mean!!!!
The day before yesterday I received an email stating that my verification had failed, without any explanation or anything else.
But a precise explanation of exactly what is needed is at least a start in the middle, I would say.
If only there wasn't another "but"...
They've known for the past 2-3 days that the verification failed, but they're not releasing it. I can't verify myself at all right now (see screenshot).

I asked support, but as always, they just sent pre-written text snippets, copy & paste, but they should at least inform an admin so that they can approve it.
I really put my foot down this time too, asking if they were just waiting for me to gamble away my winnings while I waited. Then the chat went silent. No answer. Apparently, after reading their standard replies, they considered everything settled and left the chat. It makes me wonder: what's the point of setting up a chat like this?
Usually the live chat doesn't know much about withdrawals because it is up to other departments, you know. So, that is perhaps the reason they didn't give you any specific answer, actually.
Do you have to send some more documents now, or what exactly is the state of the verification?
According to the email, I'm not verified and need to resubmit the attached list; support tells me I'm still in the verification process. I can't enter anything because the site says I'm in verification – it's all very confusing.

I want to upload everything, but the page for that is blocked.

To me, this is a game they're playing to stall for time, hoping I'll squander the winnings.
And since all these messages arrive on the weekend, and my first and last payout was also on the weekend, I think that someone there only responds or works on weekends.
When I report this to support so they can notify an admin, I get standard responses like the one described above... "...You are currently undergoing verification... blah blah..."
I'll wait a little longer, then I'll write again by email; I have the feeling that the more I ask, the more stubborn they become.
It's already starting:

I mean, what else am I supposed to do?
The front and back of the passport were submitted clearly legible.
And the utility bill was also scanned and sent from January 2026.
And the selfie is taken using their own photo app. It told me "OK" and used that.
I can't send any more.
I don't think you're with Mr.Bet, are you? Is it Bruce.bet? They're even worse when it comes to verification (at least that's how it was for me). I had to upload my own documents a few times (it reeks of harassment, but there's nothing you can do about it). You just need to persevere and definitely don't play anything... otherwise it'll take even longer! But in the end, they'll verify you and pay out (but everything has to be correct). I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you.
