I had opened a relevant complaint about this casino, after 10 days they completed my withdrawal request, however the amount I received was 1000 euros, I still have 3500 euros in my account where I currently have 3 withdrawals of 500 euros waiting for approval, I have been waiting for 12 days and still nothing has changed, I have requested that my complaint be reopened. I believe that there is a serious issue with the payments at this casino, and I do not know how long it will take for them to pay me back the entire amount I have in my account.... I hope my problem is solved.

I'm new to the community. I'm writing to say that this Monsterwin casino is a complete scam. They tell you that payments are processed in 3 business days, and it's been over a week already. All they say is apologies, that there's a delay due to the high volume of requests, but my profile still shows as "in verification"! And every time I go into the chat, everyone tells me something different! Now I see why they have such bad reviews online! I just want the money I won according to their rules; they need to fulfill what they supposedly promised!

This is precisely what other players have been reporting. The casino has experienced delays in payouts. Of course it's a negative user experience. At least as far as I can tell, every player I met had been paid in the end and I hope that it stays this way.

However, as you already found out, it all might take some time. 🙁

I deposited funds to MonsterWin casino using my Mastercard ending xx638. The merchant descriptors appearing on my statement are "Just Ent Limassol CYP" and "Lbrs Nicosia CYP". I have been unable to obtain a withdrawal despite repeated attempts since early May 2026. Could you identify the acquiring bank/payment processor for these transactions and advise whether a chargeback/dispute can be initiated.

Hi, first of all, I'd like to find out why the casino hasn't paid you yet. Did they give you any specific reason? Was there anything you needed to do?

I'd probably try filing a complaint with us first and then consider other options.
