I've been playing there for more than half a year, for the first time I wanted to withdraw some money, and they're making fun of me. First they hold the withdrawal for 24 hours in the hope that the client will still refuse to withdraw and lose it, then they hide it as if they're going to pay it out, and in the end the client is left lying. I'm starting to think this is a fake casino.

Hey, I'm sorry it's like this. If 14 days pass, you can lodge a complaint with us. I saw that you already had one resolved with this casino in the past. 

But they said, why haven't you got the money yet? Weekends don't usually count towards the collection process, but it's getting to be quite a lot to wait for anyway.

Do you have any idea why that might be? Did you play with any bonus?

That's right, weekends don't count, without them today is the sixth day after the application was approved. If there is a problem (need for additional verification, insufficient bonus rollover or something else), it would be appropriate to notify.

Yes, I used a bonus, but it was rolled over. Last time we solved the problem with verification.Still, five days is too long for a translation, and today is already the sixth working day.If there is a problem with the transfer to Visa, they can offer another method.

I get it, I'd probably want to know as much as you do. In fact, we'll just have to wait for the money to come in. Does the withdrawal also show up in your transaction history as pending or something?

Hmm, I see the casino took your winnings. Often in casinos there is something like that, that you have to deposit among the bonuses, but I didn't know that they take your money just like that. Did you only use the no deposit bonuses?

No,the casino always offers some good deposit bonuses,and i ever use it.And that's the problem-that i used deposit bonuses over 3 times in a row,and that's the reason they refuse my withdrawal.Who tf read this clauses?They probably rely on the fact that no one reads them. I wonder how many people have been burned like this.

and what does it matter how many times I have used a bonus, once the conditions for rolling it over have been met?

It's just a way to not pay people's money.

As if you also used deposit bonuses in between and did not take only the no deposit bonuses, then I don't quite understand. For me it's not cool either and so I would file a complaint with us and we'll see if we can somehow resolve it with you.

Their requirement is that after three used bonuses (with a deposit), a deposit must be made without using a bonus, which in total is worth more than the average value of the previous deposits (if I understand correctly).

However, I have not read these rules and have not made a deposit without using a bonus.

For this reason, I am not entitled to withdraw any profits.

Here is another question. Since I don't have the right to withdraw the money, why do they take it away directly and not restore it to the account so I can at least play it?

Everywhere I've played, if for some reason my withdrawal was denied (exceeded withdrawal limit, additional verification, or something else), they always returned the amount to my account. No one has ever confiscated the amount I won.

In answer to your question - yes, I would file a complaint. However, today I self-excluded myself from the site, so I will not have access to the profile if necessary.

Well, I would say that they could return the money to you anyway, and so they would deposit what is needed to get you out. That would be my theory. Taking it away from you is probably not the best option, but we'll see what our team has to say.

So, by all means, open a complaint and let's try to help.

I have deposited multiple times in the casino, and used deposit bonuses on numerous of the occasions, I did all my wagering and my funds were in my usual account I have tried to make a deposit and the casino has refused it and stolen my winnings off of me and out of my account telling me I used too many deposit bonuses when putting money in. They have stolen my entire withdrawal all for using the deposit bonuses they provide and urged me to use and I can’t get my funds back.filefile

Hi, it is common and customary in casinos that when you take a lot of bonuses you have to deposit between them. Anyway, since you take deposit bonuses and that means you deposit to get them, it seems like a nonsense to me that they will take your money for using them. They could ban you from taking bonuses if they wanted to limit you, but it doesn't seem right to me that they should take your money if you have met their requirements. 

Anyway, did you take more than one at a time or did you always complete one and then play with another? That's also what I can think of that could be a problem.

It is indeed forbidden in most casinos, yet sometimes the casino platform does not enforce this rule on a software level. As a result, players may be perplexed when they realize their winnings are at risk by previously taking two consecutive bonuses.

OMFG...THIS UNBELIEVABLE B******* HAS HAPPENED TO ME TODAY

I HAD WAGER MY BONUSES AND READY TO MAKE MY WITHDRAW. A FEW HOURS LATER GOT AN EMAIL SAYING WITHDRAWAL HAVE BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO A VIOLATION OF CASINO RULES: BY MAKING DEPOSIT WITH A BONUS ATTACHED FOUR TIMES IN A ROW. WHAT TYPE OF RULES IS THAT UNBELIEVABLE!!!

AND WHAT MAKE ME REALLY PISSED OFF IS THAT I HAD WON JUST OVER $2,000 THIS CASH WOULD HAD REALLY HELPED ME OUT LOTS, HELP ME PAY OFF MUM&DAD FUNERAL EXPENSE!

THEY HAD CONFISCATED ALL MY WINNING AND GAVEBACK THE DEPOSIT THAT I MADE OF $20

I TELL YOU THIS CASINO B******* OF A RULES SHOULD BE BANNED!!!!! 🚫

At least you received an email and your deposit was refunded. I received neither. I waited a week for a transfer after support told me that payment to Visa takes up to five days, then I wrote here, and they reminded me to check the transfers - only then did I realize that my withdrawal was denied. I filed a complaint here, but the casino is not responding and the case remained unresolved.
