Hello everyone,


I'm wondering if anyone could help me please??

I'm a fully verified customer on Magic win and have come across the same problem as many on here.

I deposited around £200 and won €2000.

I withdrew it on the 4th of this month and they told me it can take 7-21 days.

I'm not holding my breath lol 🤣 what does everyone think???


Any advice???

Hi, I've moved your post under the casino where your trouble occurred. If I have a correct impression you are almost at the end of this period. I would definitely recommend filing a complaint, but it will be closed pretty much immediately, because the casino has a no reaction policy and the casino's safety index is almost zero. 

Anyway, what convinced you to deposit in this casino ? Have you seen how many warnings it has ? I would personally avoid it with a big hoop. 

I think in this case we will just have to wait and see if the casino will actually meet the deadline, even though I am skeptical and worried if it will. 

If you hear anything new could you please let us know ?

Chargeback is your ONLY option. You will only ever get you initial deposit back at the very best unfortunately.

They are an unlicensed/unregulated scam website and therefore their so-called Terms and Conditions aren't worth the paper they are written on. They will also just be a copy and paste job from another scam website.

Mrsloty has the exact same T&C's and they are also an unlicensed/unregulated fraud/scam website. Their score is 1.2/10 which again is 1.2 too high.

Below is the supposed contact number to contact magicwin.bet. It is also the same number for all of the below websites which are fraud/scam sites. The telephone number will take you to an online dating customer service center in the US if you are interested. Magicwin have been on the go since 2022 yet it says their T&C's were updated in 2020!!

Google the below number and do not touch any website associated with it.

Hi there,

Yes I don't have much hope on recieving my withdrawal unfortunately. I used my visa card to deposit and have withdrawn using the bank transfer. When I started playing on the site I thought it was decent. Unfortunately I was stupid enough to deposit on a site without checking the reviews. It amazes me that sites like this are able to exist. I won't the money fairly so they don't have any reason not to withdraw to me.

Yes I think I have around a week left of there checking procedure. It all seems very strange I haven't ever come across a site like this. I won the money fairly. I'm also fully verified so they have no excuse not to pay me other than it's a scam site.


It's my own fault. I'm still hoping they will do the right thing and pay me but I'm not very hopeful.

I recently spoke with the chat and they told me not to worry... I'll give them two more days if not I will talk to my bank so that they can reverse all the deposits made... I hope to collect and not get to that extreme
