First a withdrawl of € 4400 was denied, first i had to lose € 200 of my own money.....i could withdraw € 200 though....i did and i finally got it after a month. If i play now they confirmed i have to loose first € 200 before i can withdrawl again ???? Even if i should play their spirt section ?? Strangest Casino ever ....there are many more...

I'm also still waiting for my payout for 1.5 months ☹️☹️ according to the casino statement, the technical department still has to check and then it will be paid out how long it will take no idea 😡☹️

On August 19, 2021, I requested my payment of 3050 euros. The withdrawal was accepted 3 weeks ago but I still haven't received my winnings! Allegedly, my payout would have to be subjected to an additional check! With customer service via the chat you are always asked for patience and understanding and you hardly get any feedback via email support! Does anyone have any advice on what else I can do? Complaint has already been submitted!

Since the complaint has been submitted, there's not much you can do right now. That's just all wrong if you need to wait for your winnings since 19th August 🙁

Yes, the timer will still run until Tuesday. If Lucky wins does not answer by then, the complaint will be closed as unsolved

If it turns out that you're right and the casino won't reply, the casino will get black points for the case which would negatively influence their overall rating. On the other hand, since the casino got a rating of 0.0/10 from us, I can't get any worse.

I know it's too late, but if you found the review on our website earlier, you probably wouldn't play there I guess.

I think the money will come. The only question is when! Other customers waited about 2 months and then got their money. I am still waiting.

But waiting for 2 months to get your winnings is just incredible. I have no idea how that's even possible.

I have no idea either. With other providers you have your profit within a maximum of 48 hours, no matter how high it is.
