I'm sorry you chose the casino with such a bad reputation. I'd say that in this case, even a repeated answer is a good sign. You are not being ignored. Be persistent, this waiting period is unreasonably long, however, wait a bit and do not lose your winnings in the meantime.
Hello Meikjes, may I ask if you have already received your prize?. I've been waiting for over 2 months now and they always come up with the same excuses as you did. There's no chance of progressing, for me it's 1800 euros. And they keep telling me the same test, double test, patience, etc.
