I am experiencing a similar problem to other users. I have verified all the documents requested on 02/28/2025, I made several withdrawals on 03/01/2025 for a total of € 12,500. Since then I have been waiting for more than 10 days, with the same automatic response, that the relevant department is reviewing it and it may be delayed a few days.

I don't understand this delay in the payment of the earnings since everything has been verified, it seems that they don't want to pay.

Hi, I see that you have been waiting for two weeks and that is exactly the time we give casinos to pay out a player. I also saw your complaint, but it was immediately closed because the casino is not cooperating with us. So you will probably have to rely on them to send you the money, although I don't know what to think. If you have asked for documents and you have been verified, try to wait a little longer, but we will know how it will turn out in time. 

Could you let us know when the casino writes you something?

Fortunately, after much insistence, I received the money this morning after 12 days. Today I requested three more withdrawals of my remaining earnings. I hope I don't have the same problem and that it doesn't take as long.

However, I would rather assume that the same thing can happen and you will wait again for a similar time. I guess that's better than expecting it to happen in a few days and then being disappointed. Anyway, if you already know how the casino paid you before, it shouldn't be a problem again.
