I am experiencing a similar problem to other users. I have verified all the documents requested on 02/28/2025, I made several withdrawals on 03/01/2025 for a total of € 12,500. Since then I have been waiting for more than 10 days, with the same automatic response, that the relevant department is reviewing it and it may be delayed a few days.

I don't understand this delay in the payment of the earnings since everything has been verified, it seems that they don't want to pay.

It's basically about precise explanation. Additional checks are, well additional, and they may start right after the basic ones.

The point is to pass all the checks and then a withdrawal can be carried out. Usually, not sooner.
