I just write the complain.Please help 1000 is not a small amount .When i ask him to tell me one reasonable person who is going to activate a bonus like this to wager8000 euros in order to win 200 he was rudely applied that this is the bonus.And when i ask him to show me rhe terms he told that he can't show me because it was special offer for specific guests

I don't know how to explain this to you, but I always recommend that in the future, if you get a bonus or decide to take one, whether via email, social network, etc., you should always check the general terms for bonuses.
