I was trying to complete the form u eeach to the end there is no form to write the complain only buttons that transfer you to the other page

I just write the complain.Please help 1000 is not a small amount .When i ask him to tell me one reasonable person who is going to activate a bonus like this to wager8000 euros in order to win 200 he was rudely applied that this is the bonus.And when i ask him to show me rhe terms he told that he can't show me because it was special offer for specific guests
