The Kosmonaut Casino cannot get away with it like that. The chat is constantly shut down and no response is received. And the manager is making fun of you. The ranking must be lowered or the casino must be removed from your list if the manager Andy does not refund the money! And continues to make fun of you.

If the casino fails to resolve your complaint, their safety index will be reduced. So we'll see how it turns out and I'd like them to respond again when necessary. But the most important thing is to get this resolved. But we will have to wait for the result and be a bit patient as Romi said.

I have sent you a lot of evidence, including here publicly. Unfortunately I no longer have all the chat histories sorted by date. You empty your email folder every now and then, which is very annoying for me, and the casino is happy that it is not paying me the 958 EUR!
