Yes, it's been a week since Saturday.

I requested the withdrawal on June 20th. That's 10 days ago, including the weekend.

If you didn’t have any other option and the original payment method you used for depositing was not available or did not work, then I understand that you decided to use another one that should work.

But also, for the future, even in better casinos I would say it is always better to ask them first. Of course, if they don’t give you any response, then it becomes irrelevant and in that case I would complain on our website if the casino keeps rejecting your withdrawals.
