If not, I'll file a complaint, since it's been 14 days already, and there are three withdrawals of €500 each plus another €13,000 I have to withdraw, which at this rate would take forever. And they don't clarify anything in the chat; they always say the same thing: "Your withdrawal is being processed, we've had delays, please be patient." And in the meantime, the money won't arrive. I think this isn't good for either the casino or the customer, who wants their winnings as soon as possible, within 5 days at the most. Thank you.
