Just joined JOO CASINO to find out I can ONLY PLAY 2 GAMES because i have an active bonus. (The 1st Welcome bonus) This after I joined and deposited $50!

Customer service says I can't get a refund but i will have to cancel my newly given bonus then make a withdrawal....NO I CAN'T it doesn't allow it!

We always recommend to read the terms of every bonus beforehand, so you don't get yourself into any issues like this one you have described. It is always a free will of a player to take the bonus, so unfortunately there can't be anything done here. What are you going to do, if I may ask?

I have used my welcome bonus at Joo Casino. Unfortunately, I stupidly deposited with Paysafe and have to withdraw via my German bank account. But I don't want to do that. Would it be possible to create an account with N26, for example, transfer the money to it and that's it? I don't want casino transactions to be on my normal account... Or do you have any other ideas?

You should always check with the support of the casino regards the payment methods and what options do you have. They should be able to help you out with your requests, even though, I am not quite sure there will be such a solution to your request.🤷‍♀️

I can really recommend Joocasino. With my first deposit of 100 and playing 1€ slot I was able to make 4000€ in just a few hours. I didn't believe it but it's the truth. The only negative thing is that you can only withdraw 500€ a day.

I received an email saying that I had won the tournament and should claim my prize! I then went to the casino website and couldn't find the prize! Then I went to the live chat and described my problem! In the live chat I was then told that my winning message was an error, we are sorry! I didn't receive any more information! I don't know why either! It annoyed me!

So what kind of tournament was it? Did you actually participate at it, or you just suddenly received the message that you won?🤔

I can't say for sure! Because different games require you to take part, I always take part! At another casino, that was also the case with the games and I once won a small prize! That happens automatically with different providers! But I didn't look directly for a way to take part in a tournament! Best wishes!

Okay, so did you play those games to be included in the tournament ? I'd say you need to check all the important information you had to complete and if you did, then I'd probably be sad. But mistakes can happen and if you didn't do it then maybe the system just misjudged the players. 

I've been waiting since November 1st for my paysafecard deposit to be credited. In the chat I'm always asked to be patient. The same excuses every day. I've sent them all the confirmations. As of today, there are no replies in the chat. I've had 24 deposits before that were always in my account immediately. I have no idea what's been going on with Dama lately. It's a shame, I liked playing there.

Maybe they don't tell you anything because they don't have anything to tell you and still they might not get anything either. So I would try to be patient and see what happens. I saw that you also opened a complaint, so at the moment it's in review status, but if nothing happens we would try to help somehow, although in these cases our possibilities are limited.

Yes, I also sent the casino the confirmation. In the transaction list, the deposit was marked as accepted after a few days. Today is day 10 and my deposit is still not there. In the chat I always get a different excuse. No idea what's been going wrong with Dama lately.
