You don't have to be negative right away. I think I gave you a clear reason why I rejected it. You need to write more details in your review. Just writing that your account was blocked and that emails are not being answered is not enough, I would say. Especially when you write the same thing to three casinos.
Try to describe your experience in more detail, and if it's okay, I have no problem approving it.
