They have many sister sites too. Nineone.com is another. It is exactly the same format as Jokabet with just a different name. After successfully being ahead on Jokabet I cancelled my membership. I then played £180 on nine one.com or 1nineone.com , same site but renamed due to the problems the likes yourself is having. My biggest win playing 50p spins was £6 and they clearly correlate your email address with all of their sites. I’m still ahead with them as I won £2,500 by accidentally putting £20 on plingo and it hit the x125 payout. So it was just pure luck. However I’ve barred myself from all of their sister sites. They have to under U.K. law if you state, which I did to live chat. " I have a gambling problem and wish to remove myself from your site, under U.k law you are legally obliged to do it now". If you don’t do that they offer 24 hours only, then after 24 hours you can remove yourself permanently. However they send an email to confirm it and the link does not work. So they clearly are praying on vulnerable gamblers. That’s why I spoke to live chat, who to be fair were very easy to deal with, and they closed the account on the spot.

It has been ongoing for 2 months. I deposited £35075.00 they allowed this even though their terms and conditions state uk customers are not allowed to deposit real money.

They allowed me to gamble thousands and thousands of pounds without any safety measures.

After "reviewing/investigating " my case for almost 2 months, they responded that they will refund 20% of my losses to make it "fair for us both". I declined this offer as I was requesting a refund on my total deposits. After I've had enough emailed them to say how is 20% fair surely 50% is fair. They have ignored the 30 plus emails I sent in 4 days. I have been to their online chat and 3 agents told me the team have offered me 50% of my losses amount of £9084. The "team" have still not communicated thus with me. I emailed again asking what is going on and up until now they have just ignored me.

My mental health is the worse it has ever been and they have caused this. I cannot computed how this company feels it is ok to ignore people.

I am really sorry about all this and as I can see now, it is really going on for a long time. In your complaint our team was not able to do much, as I can see, and Petronela has explained the reason pretty clearly, in my opinion: "It's important to note that if you never notified the casino about your gambling issue and they didn't withhold any winnings due to country restrictions, our ability to assist you is limited."

I wish we could be of more help here, but unfortunately, in such cases, we have our hands tied up, and it is only up to you and the casino to solve this issue in the best way possible.

I really wish you all the best, and if you need some professional help, I hope this list can help you find out where to Look for Professional Help with Gambling Addiction.

Thank you for describing your experience, hopefully it'll give some useful information to other players.

May I just ask if you reported the issue with the non-working link they sent to you, and if yes, how did they respond? The positive thing is that the live support was helpful, at least.

They ignored the comment. Which was fully presented to them

That is pretty unprofessional, I would say. They should really try to do more in that case, in my opinion.

Well this company is ploughing a lot of money in advertising;Trying to establish its reputation. The problem is 3 x playthrough on your deposit encourages problem gambling. As mentioned,I won amounts from £100+ which they paid out without complete KYC. I then asked for £500 payout from which they requested a driving licence, they did accept this immediately, and paid out next day. Then I won £2,500 after playing some winnings off and they requested proof of payment method. As I used Revolut ;they have the best exchange rate, it wasn’t a problem showing that I paid in £’s but they payout in Euros, and they accepted it and paid out the next day. Following that win, I couldn’t win a lot at all. On my final usage of Jokabet. I deposited £80. Won £150. But to get it to their minimum payout of £100 and the playthrough of x3, I managed to get the balance to £108 in my favour and was able to cash it out. It was then that I realised that they encourage participants to increase their wagers over time, until they hit a decent sized win then suddenly they can win nothing.

I certainly wouldn’t recommend depositing large amounts of money at once. If you want to do that l, I would encourage that it is done incrementally. What I do know is that if you read their ambiguous terms and conditions thoroughly, they have a lot of opportunities to not pay you out. The simple conclusion is that I would recommend that nobody uses Jokabet or their sister sites. Because they lead you in and manipulate your betting to lose or use their ridiculous t’s and c’s not to pay some people out.

The gambling business is an extremely competitive environment, and casinos have a few options on how to bring new players in. Sadly, once they succeed with the overall advertisement campaign, not-so-decent casinos spend their resources to further cultivate players' experiences. Starting with complicated or unfair terms, across auto-generated chat replies. I'm trying to say that massive advertising is standard but should be just a part of a more complex approach focused on fairness.

When it comes to this specific casino, we couldn't even verify its license, and applying a cap on progressive jackpots is also not a good sign,... https://casino.guru/jokabet-casino-review 👈

Thank you for your valuable experience. I certainly hope your next encounters with casinos will be much better. 🙌

Hi

I have deposited £5500 on JokaBet and recently won over £10k in my wallet. Tried to withdraw.

says 11hours for withdrawal.

saw lots of complaints on here regarding JokaBet.

i have screen shots of the account deposits and evidence of them targeting UK players with websites and advertisements screenshotted too. Some games do not allow you to play as it stipulates they are not playable in the region. I believed they were the games UK players cannot play on.

I have requested a withdrawal and let’s se if they honour it.

Hi. May I ask you how long have you been playing at this casino? According to our review, they don't accept players from the UK.🤷‍♀️

Please surely keep us informed about your withdrawal, and if you feel like you need any help, do not hesitate to ask. We're here for you.

Hi

fantastic communication I can’t fault Jokabet as I was very worried after seeing this thread.

That is great news. I will now inform our data team about your situation so they can check out that the UK players are accepted now.

Please keep the good news coming.🙏

I’d be careful how much you wager on this site before playing again. I’d wait until you receive your £3k before you play again. Do not be surprised at your inability to win after making relatively large withdrawals. It happened to me a couple of times when I won £3k and £2k. I won very little after each of them.

Could you be more specific, please, at tell us what exactly the issue is? Only that way we could try to help you out.

What do you mean by saying that it is gone grey? Have you already verified your account at this casino?

We'll wait here for your reply.
