Eventually you managed to add the printscreens as I can see, so good job. Could you also please take a screenshot of when you enter a complaint and it throws you a message - captcha failed ? A full screen printscreen would be best. 

I would then pass it on to our team to look into what might be behind the issue. Also what browser are you using please ?

Hello, unfortunately not, and I also saw that your complaint was eventually closed with our team finding out that you did not tell the casino about your gambling issue. 

I am very sorry that it ended this way and I wish there was more we could do to help, but in this case there wasn't.

No reply. Also curaçao e gaming have replied stating that this is not one of there casinos with there licence, feel like I’ve actually hit a brick wall .

Hi, I gave it to our data team to check, because I didn't find any license on their website either. We'll see what they find out.
