Casino scammers! Hell began with the unfair cancellation of a sports bet! And they cut all the bets in live to a maximum of 49 rubles - they began to withdraw money, which is logical. They did not want to give 3000 rubles. they asked for an additional selfie with the inn, a selfie with snls, a selfie with a birth certificate and a passport. put it on the conclusion - hell started again - they wrote an account check up to 31 days! DO NOT play here!!! Save your nerves and money!
I have the same case... I played literally a few bets and was immediately limited to the minimum, the casino demanded a video selfie from me after I delivered it blocked my withdrawal for 31 days...
That's why I don't recommend this casino very much because when you win something they will treat you like cheaters and you will also have problems ... I don't understand why the casino has such a high rating if they treat their customers so badly

I also sent you the explanation via email. The reason is still the same:
"the user reviews edits don't serve for communication with a casino. The casinos don't get notified when you edit your review. Anyway, please, contact their customer support and provide them with the link to your review and your email address. "
Additionally, this is just a user review, do not mistake it for a regular complaint, please.
If you wish us to investigate and the issue is not bound to sports betting, I suggest you create a complaint to get the casino involved if necessary.

Only the casino can fully explain, I'm afraid. As said earlier official casino representatives are rarely seen responding to players here on the forum, if I recall correctly it has never happened with Jet Casino.
On the other hand, decent casinos tend to cooperate through complaints.
Just do not confuse complaint threads with forum, please. This is quite a common mistake.
I believe it's not OK to block someone's withdrawal for 31 days. That's not a standard approach and no investigation should take that long. If I were you, I'd submit the complaint since it will possibly help you to clarify what's going on.
