I don't know why I'm being asked for payment verification again. They probably do it to discourage withdrawals. Like every player, I like quick payouts. If I had a verified account a few months ago, why verify it every time I pay.

After placing your withdrawal order, you wait:

1. information that the payment is not being made because another verification is required

2. You send the documents and wait for them to be checked

3. after checking, you wait for the payment,

weekends are not included in the waiting time, so the planned payment in one day turns into a week with good winds

I've never had this problem, I've never had a payment the next day I placed an order, or sooner, even on the same day

Just out of curiosity, have you ever encountered any kind of additional verification process? I'm asking because, as far as I can tell, this is usually the most common outcome from major winnings. 🙂

Anyway, I'm glad to see that, under the most usual circumstances, the payouts work well for you.

If you don't mind me asking, what documents were you asked for this time? The same as earlier, perhaps?

I mean, it looks a bit confusing when you need to "verify" the payment option each time or shortly after the initial verification.

I presume you haven't switched to a different option, so a reasonable explanation would be great.

Anyway, here comes the strongest advantage crypto payments hold over standard payments - not much to verify after all 🤔.

it makes me nervous reading these series of posts... I once experinced something vey similar with withdrawls and the gaming platforms ridiculous demands for verification purposes. Little did I realize at the time just how much sensitive financial and personal information I was disclousing- just mindlessly giving away for mere hundreds of dollars. If any gaming platform insists on more then needed informaiton then for me its just not worth the risks of stolen identity or becoming victim of financial fraud. They can keep the money just spare me the grief.... GAMING is supposed to be fun they say but do they realize how much fun they keep us back from~?!?!?

We always recommend that players fully cooperate with the casino and provide all the documents needed in order to get verified. Whenever you have a feeling that a casino is asking for weird documents, let's say, we are always here to help, and our complaint team will have a look into any case where a player experiences some kind of issue with the withdrawal.

Good morning, at Iwild Casino, I reached the value of 650 euros while playing with a bonus. When making the withdrawal, they removed the excess bonus amount from me and I was left with 124 euros, with everything already settled, I had that same clean bonus balance, I played and reached the amount of 800 euros, I withdrew that amount and another Once they said it wasn't possible because I was playing on bonuses and they removed almost 800 euros, leaving me with 124 euros once again, saying that it was part of the bonus criteria, and this had already been applied to me in the first round. Is this possible?

Whenever you play with the bonus, you need to be really careful. Usually, it is necessary to withdraw the money won from the bonus and not play with it again. Was the money in real balance or still in the bonus money?

So the answer is that yes, it is actually possible. Unfortunately, it depends on the terms of that bonus, of course.

I still had the bonus money. Thank you, I will keep an eye out for these bonuses.

Ok. So, from now on, you will be more careful, right? We should always learn from our mistakes. Don't you reckon?

Yes it is true. This bonus thing is very nice but it's not worth it. Thank you Romi, for your help and quick response.

As you played with the bonus and won, you have to withdraw it, as it still becomes a bonus, but I don't like bonuses anymore, the casinos earn a lot with this bonus and the user thinks they will have a bigger balance, but in the end always ends up leaving it to the Casino.

The best thing is to deposit with your money and play only with it, if they give you free spins without blocking your balance you accept it, but there are Casinos that block the balance, so you don't accept it, because in the spins there is always little money and you end up losing your money.

Especially with bonuses, you need to pay attention to max bet, maximum cashout, restricted games, etc. When the player goes to withdraw, whether he has fulfilled the wagering and how much he can actually win. Sometimes casinos don't cap the money immediately after the bonus is met but let the player enjoy the bonus money and play on. I would be more in favour of only real money and what you can withdraw immediately after the wagering is fulfilled.

But 100 people 100 tastes. 🤷‍♂️🙏

Hello Krzysztof Z.........

The casino administration reserves the right to make payments according to individual schedules, as well as to set the minimum and maximum amount per transaction, as well as the time for this transaction, which may vary depending on the method of withdrawal, your account level, or other relevant factors.

..... EUR will be executed on 17.06.24

it follows that this casino will not pay you all your money if it has such a whim. and does not do it in time: as quickly as possible

ponadto max wyplata z bonusu x5

Hi, I understand that sometimes withdrawals can take time and are influenced by a number of factors, but I certainly wouldn't want to get a generic answer like that from a casino when I'm waiting for money.

Anyway, you've got some timeframe and it's for tomorrow so I'm curious to know if they'll come to you or not.

Could you let me know if you are in trouble or if you have received it ?

I will wait and hope for good news.

This dump has nothing to do with the casino. I won back a no deposit bonus, made a deposit to withdraw funds, the withdrawal took more than a week, after which my account was blocked without explanation. There is obviously only one reason, in this casino it is prohibited to withdraw funds, if you are ever lucky and you bet on a withdrawal, your account will be blocked, since only those who will constantly lose are welcome here. I can't understand why this crap has such a rating and is not blacklisted, constantly delaying payments and so on. Apparently, this resource is the same corrupt garbage dump, which for 100 euros a month will lick the ass of any casino, regardless of their scam.

I am sorry you need to go through this kind of situation, as I can really feel your frustration here.

Could we take it slowly, step by step, and I will try to somehow help you to perhaps solve this issue?

So, you played with a no-deposit bonus, and to withdraw your winnings, you had to make a deposit so the verification process could be done. Right?

Did you provide all the documents needed, and was your account successfully verified?

The casino should always send an email with an explanation for blocking player accounts. Try to check your emails and also look in the spam folder, because sometimes this kind of email can finish there.

Let us know if you have any other information regarding this, and we will try to get to the bottom of the issue. We'll wait for your reply.

You are laughing at me? My account was verified a long time ago, I made a deposit to link a new piastrik wallet, withdrew 20 euros and received a block with the wording "the casino has the right to block any player without explanation at the discretion of the administration." Does it bother you that the casino has such a rule? This rule can be manipulated in any way, in any situation. The casino must be on the blacklist, especially considering the increased reviews for bonuses and the number of complaints! Such rules can only be in scam projects! If someone wins 100 thousand euros there, the player will never receive the winnings and will be blocked with the same wording as me!

Your resource is corrupt garbage, I am sure that this scam project pays you for its rating, you will never prove to me otherwise. Any real player of this casino does not agree with this rating, it is simply ridiculous.
