I don't know why I'm being asked for payment verification again. They probably do it to discourage withdrawals. Like every player, I like quick payouts. If I had a verified account a few months ago, why verify it every time I pay.

2. You send the documents and wait for them to be checked

3. after checking, you wait for the payment,

Did you provide all the documents needed, and was your account successfully verified?

The casino should always send an email with an explanation for blocking player accounts. Try to check your emails and also look in the spam folder, because sometimes this kind of email can finish there.
