I guess that the record is 14 documents, and the player is still waiting for the KYC to be fully processed.

Well, hard to say what was the reason and whether the 8 documents are a bit exaggerated or not.
I'd like to think that honest casinos know what they're doing and if more documents are needed, it is just because something is unclear or missing. I may be too optimistic 😀

Yes, the bad thing is that I applied for the payout on November 3rd and the normal kyc that you can do on the website was through right away...but after I was kept kyc at the bank for so long, the payout has been delayed for a very long time....

So, as far as I can guess the problem should come from the payment method rather than from the KYC part. Players from Germany, Austria, and other countries suffer huge delays these days because of local law restrictions and limitations. Let's say that local banks are not very fond of such transactions. 🙁 Even the KYC can be more complicated for players from these countries.
Unbelievable that people even play at this casino. A low withdrawal limit of 400 euros every 3 days is really bad.

So you finding totally fair and not restrictive situation when player who deposited 20 euro have to turnover 1400 euro, and, after that any balance exceeded 100 euro is voided?
Besides, the information posted on your site that the withdrawal from welcome bonus is unlimited is totally untrue, I know many casinos where the no deposit bonus has higher withdrawal limits

Allow me to comment on the wagering and bonuses:
if you check the bonuses available on our site, you'll only find wagering 35x, so if the casino offers less interesting bonuses, well, I would not take such a bonus no one forces you to take it, right?
I'd not say it's unfair to offer it, hiding an important rule associated with the bonus would be unfair.

Funny, thanks to you I found out about one more misdescribed bonus. NONE of the iWild casino bonuses have an unlimited payout.

Tell me if im wrong, the case where a player deposits 20 euros and can withdraw no more than 200 euros playing without any additional restrictions is "clearly unfair and predatory", while when another player deposits 20 euros and gets in addition to a crappy 20e bonus a whole list of restrictions (such as turnover requirements, bet limits, list of restricted games) can pay out max. 100 euros is totally fair and cool.
If you still believe that there is no contradiction in logic here, then casino.guru has no interest in the well-being of players and encourages other casinos to apply such restrictive bonus rules, and your list of recommended casinos depends only on the amount of profit which the casino will share with you.
In addition, the max win is based, at least partially, on the deposited amount because the terms of turnover are based on DEPOSIT + bonus amount.

It is predatory to limit winnings from players' money. It is not predatory to offer crap bonuses if the rules are clearly stated so the players can make their own decision about whether the bonus is worth a try. You don't have to take any bonus.

It seems that they do this so that the person gives up withdrawing and playing until he loses everything he has won.
