How many documents did you provide in total?

I guess that the record is 14 documents, and the player is still waiting for the KYC to be fully processed.

Is actually happening in a different casino, though.

8

Well, hard to say what was the reason and whether the 8 documents are a bit exaggerated or not.

I'd like to think that honest casinos know what they're doing and if more documents are needed, it is just because something is unclear or missing. I may be too optimistic 😀

Anyway, we're still waiting for your withdrawal and this is the most important part now.

Yes, the bad thing is that I applied for the payout on November 3rd and the normal kyc that you can do on the website was through right away...but after I was kept kyc at the bank for so long, the payout has been delayed for a very long time....

So, as far as I can guess the problem should come from the payment method rather than from the KYC part. Players from Germany, Austria, and other countries suffer huge delays these days because of local law restrictions and limitations. Let's say that local banks are not very fond of such transactions. 🙁 Even the KYC can be more complicated for players from these countries.

Unbelievable that people even play at this casino. A low withdrawal limit of 400 euros every 3 days is really bad.

I wish I had read their review here before opening an account.

Hello,

that's strange, I can see that we inform about these limits:

Can you paste some screenshots showing different limits, please?

How that casino has so high rating if max cashout is only x5 bonus amount. I dont get it.

Hello ujmen92, our casino review process is very sophisticated and takes into account a huge amount of information about each casino. The main factors considered in our reviews are size of the casino, player complaints, deductions for restrictive or unfair practices, points added for positive qualities and related casinos.

You can learn more about how we rate casinos here

In "reputation explained" you gave maximum rating for terms and conditions calling them as "fair".

So you finding totally fair and not restrictive situation when player who deposited 20 euro have to turnover 1400 euro, and, after that any balance exceeded 100 euro is voided?

Besides, the information posted on your site that the withdrawal from welcome bonus is unlimited is totally untrue, I know many casinos where the no deposit bonus has higher withdrawal limits

Hello there,

thanks for those details.

Allow me to comment on the wagering and bonuses:

if you check the bonuses available on our site, you'll only find wagering 35x, so if the casino offers less interesting bonuses, well, I would not take such a bonus no one forces you to take it, right?

I'd not say it's unfair to offer it, hiding an important rule associated with the bonus would be unfair.

Bonuses are something that casino uses to motivate players, so those can change quite often. We get into the main consideration the general rules and conditions, sadly it is not in our power to constantly check every bonus and its specific terms.

As far as I can see, there is currently only one bonus available for players from Poland with unlimited cashout and it is NOT a welcome bonus. Note, that I'm not talking about the other bonuses the casino offers just about the listed ones. If the information is not correct, kindly let us know, preferably by PrintScreen showing the proper terms, so we can update the bonus.

We'd love to keep all bonuses updated.

Funny, thanks to you I found out about one more misdescribed bonus. NONE of the iWild casino bonuses have an unlimited payout.

On your website you give an example of a "clearly unfair and predatory rule":

file

Tell me if im wrong, the case where a player deposits 20 euros and can withdraw no more than 200 euros playing without any additional restrictions is "clearly unfair and predatory", while when another player deposits 20 euros and gets in addition to a crappy 20e bonus a whole list of restrictions (such as turnover requirements, bet limits, list of restricted games) can pay out max. 100 euros is totally fair and cool.

If you still believe that there is no contradiction in logic here, then casino.guru has no interest in the well-being of players and encourages other casinos to apply such restrictive bonus rules, and your list of recommended casinos depends only on the amount of profit which the casino will share with you.

In addition, the max win is based, at least partially, on the deposited amount because the terms of turnover are based on DEPOSIT + bonus amount.

Hey there,

would be truly great if you could assist us and send some screenshots of "the correct" rules associated with the bonuses we listed on our website.

Can you do that, please?

In the meantime, I'll notify the data team about your concern.

It is predatory to limit winnings from players' money. It is not predatory to offer crap bonuses if the rules are clearly stated so the players can make their own decision about whether the bonus is worth a try. You don't have to take any bonus.

Is it clearer now?

I can say the same about casinos that limit winnings from players money. They have clearly stated terms and i dont have to play there, nobody force me to deposit. But why then you called them as "unfair".

I guess that even another aspect must be taken into consideration, as the reputation tab explains.

Can you provide the printscreens I asked you for? Otherwise, the whole conversation is just theoretical, don't you think? I'd really love to know whether there is something wrong with the bonuses you can see on our website.

Hello Wibrak and welcome back!

I guess that you can remember that we won't blacklist any casino because you lose there. Sadly, losing is part of gambling.

Has anything else occurred while you played there?

I've already sent my documents to kic email and something is always missing, and they always send me the same email back asking for the same documents, I've been working with Casino for 5 years and I've never had so much headache to be able to make a withdrawal. It seems that they do this so that the person gives up withdrawing and playing until he loses everything he has won.

Hello and thank you for sharing your experience. This is quite often experience which players share regarding the various casinos. But be aware that the KYC process can be sometimes very lengthy and annoying but is necessary. I would advise you to complete the verification even it is tough. Hard to say whether this Casino is doing it on purpose or not. After all, how you can see here yourself, casino has questionable reputation. 😕 In case you will struggle for more than two weeks, contact us please again and our complaint team will try to help you.
