Don't believe a word of the customer service chat when you ask them something. Before making a deposit I asked if I could also play Crazy Time with a bonus. Customer service says yes, it works. I make a deposit, take the bonus and can't play Crazy Time because unfortunately that doesn't work with a bonus.

I write again in the chat and ask and the chat support looks again and says that he made a mistake.

I stopped trusting casino guru ratings after playing at iwild. They are a dishonest place, it was no fun at all to play to play due to bugs on every second game. Almost half of then showed an error message... Plus withdrawing was sooo stressful and time consuming. You have to send them the same documents 4 times and engage in an unpleasant back and forth to receive your money. Plus even without using bonuses you have to play your deposit 3 times to withdraw. My opinion is that casino guru gets a cut from fishy places like this (Vulkan Vegas was another red flag) in order to give them good reviews.
I will delete my account immediately after receiving my withdrawal. The only good casino online is Energy Casino, although the first withdrawal went smoothly and now their KYC department seems to have slowed down as well but still a lot better than iwild!

Super slow payouts, they do only max 400€ every 5 days. Big payouts are impossible to handle. They also have stupid monthly limits that are very low. Most likely you will keep playing cause the cashouts take forever. DO NOT USE THIS CASINO the user support is horrible too.

Im really glad I found this casino here. I was very unlucky lately in finding the right casino, and the ones I went through had issues that i didn't like. Here, i found what i was looking for.
